XG setting new standards all while growing organically and naturally, no huge labels, company, no collaborations or sponsors. They doing this all humble and with hard work and growth of support showing us that a Japanese group can kill it in the kpop scene. Bringing hip hop and funk 🔥🐺 support XG
They're under one of Japan's biggest labels, so I dunno about "no huge labels" lol
@@lewiswood9147 in terms of the kpop scene where they base themselves , their not under the “big 3” - nor does many international people who watch them know much about their label or does it’s name carry them in the sense of popularity like other kpop groups where u instantly think of YG, Big Bang, ect…
So what I said still stands. They don’t get much appreciation in Korea so their very much underdogs , their label technically is xgalz too which is a fairly new label formed by Simon
their main company is big with over 300 artists under their distribution and 50 labels under them, probably bigger than the big 3 and hybe. . But I think OP mean in term of brand recognition their label didn't give that unfair advantage a well-known company brings, especially for international audience. They also don't have a well-known senior hype for them to ride on. They pushing boundaries by themselves.@@lewiswood9147
@@lewiswood9147 They mean that they don’t have the big 4 privilege that artist from yg, SM, jyp, and hybe after BTS does. They’re doing their things on their own and just gaining attention for their talent, passion, charisma, and fashion all on their own without their company having had big names already before backing them and money influencing their growth. Like for example with BLACKPINK before they even debuted it they had a really huge following all because of the company that they came from and their senior groups that came from the same company that had so much Note-oriety that made fans automatically follow the group and support the group without even hearing anything being put out at all. Same thing is happening to baby monster. And then of course with YG‘s influence and money he was able to make sure that they really got out there and had a name for themselves before they even made it big. With XG it wasn’t about that. They didn’t have Hella people waiting for them at the start but are slowly growing they’re following as they continue to perform and release music and interact with fans. That’s what the person means by organically and without influence from a big known company. Their company isn’t paying for them to get their way to the top. They’re doing it on their own simply through their drive and talent.

Really hoping Simon keeps letting them experiment with different genres like this in their future B-sides, because so far every genre they touch simply slaps so damn hard. The B-side quality and variety is one of the things I love as a Dreamcatcher stan, and XG gives me a ton of the same vibes even though their primary sound is totally different.
I really am just so happy to see Harvey get love, btw she was on the runway a few times i believe lol she was a model before XG! All of these young ladies are amazing and i'm so excited for this mini album. XG IS WHAT I NEEDED WHEN I WAS 17😭😭😭

Shooting Star and Left Right are many levels better than this. This comeback was a huge letdown for me as an XG fan. I just don’t understand how this is the song chosen when you have the talent they have as rappers, singers, and dancers. Crossing my fingers that their immense talent is better showcased in the future.

Their journey is still long ahead, there are still many works that they will produce, there are still many amazing performances that they will present, so, there's no need to be disappointed, if you're an Alphaz, let's support them from the heart, unconditionally.
