Mainly the 3 point shooting is a problem, russ filled a great role, but we have only 2 reliable 3 point shooters, it's not enough in today's league. Not saying kcp filled that role either, so I think russ overall is a great addition, just need someone who can shoot threes..

That's actually a pretty brilliant idea to give that chain out after games. It's difficult to motivate NBA players to play hard defense because it's such a long season and that goes a long way when you're recognized like that.
And the concept was stolen from the Miami Hurricanes football team. When someone makes a defensive play, they get to wear the Canes chain until then next big defensive play by a player.

The Russ hate is mostly casuals he has had some bad games but I never seen a player average a triple double on multiple teams made the wizards a playoff team etc and still get hate
