Narmadha, you r very energetic. I feel very tired during day time. If I wake up early morning, I fell very tired afternoon. I am house wife. So daily afternoon I sleep 2 hours. You r working woman how to manage active during day time. I have uterus problem can i do your machine exercise. Please reply

Sleep during the day makes us tired ma, I never nap daytime. But I sleep 9 to 3 at night. That gives me the energy. Eat healthy dear, even if u have any vitamin deficiencies u will be tired
