I must try this recipe and also look up the gooseberry pickle and try that too.
GREAT tips to get a good chilli harvest,which I'll surely be implememting. I have a vaanam paathi chilli plant but the chilles are all of different colors on tbe same plant, ranging from yellow to red and sone are slightly striped. Haven't used it yet,for me it is more ornamental.
I watched your weightloss video using turmeric tea in the lorning. Do you make fresh coconut milk every day or use readymade. If fresh made do you store the extra in the fridge and does it lose its benefits if it's not fresh.
