The police never used force until the Hong Kong protesters attacked the police and vandalized everything. And ignorant people that know nothing about politics start saying free hk, what do you even know about the situation?

Personally I think this is Hong Kong's best New Years celebration, it's unique. No other city (atleast that I know of) did a lightshow across it's skyline. I know people think it's bad because of no fireworks, but I like it.

Fireworks for Last Year was way more spectacular than this year show, with various types of unique and beautiful spectacular patterns. This year I only see Fan-Shaped fireworks in the video.
I like 2018's version better because they had an actual fireworks show with Auld Lang Syne playing. New York also had a fantastic countdown to New Year's until this year, where they didn't have a fantastic fireworks display, well they did, but it didn't have as much smoke and fireworks going, which compared to 2018 and 2019 was better than 2020's
