Most of the bike paths that we saw are separate from the cars except smaller roads and in the town centers. It felt very safe though. You do have to keep an eye out for other bikers since there’s a mix of very experienced and unexperienced bikers it can be a little crazy when people try to pass or if you’re merging into the path.

Love that explosion of yellow flowers! Were there bike paths separate from cars? Are the drivers more respectful of bike riders over there?
