I'm 100% sure it's not a coincidence, Toby likes to remix his themes in such an unusual way that it seems that a new soundtrack is being created, this was in the undertail where some themes are just a slowed down theme of other themes
This feels like the end of a dance friendly competition where both parties, each with different yet similar styles, are really invested into lol. Awesome work!

Noelle takes the place of monster kid and each of the areas are similar to places in undertale. Like Cybers world being core, The city being hotland, The trash zone being a small part of waterfall, Queens mansion being new home and it’s basement being the ruins
