You know, Morro is kinda similar to Tai Lung from Kung Fu Panda. They both were taken in by their respective masters, promised great power by them, only for it to be taken away, and now they return years later to get revenge and become their respective roles they thought they were destined to be. Not to mention when they were revived, they did redeemed themselves a little.
And Tai lung (spoilers for kung Fu Panda 4) Tai lung did actually redeem himself at the end and went back to the spirit realm with the chameleon, and bowed down to Po
That Chima cameo towards the season's end really surprised me as a kid, but Possession is still a solid season; not perfect, but marginally better than Shardbound. What we need next is the Tournament Arc(Season 4) as I call it.
4:43 it was, they never said who who was in the season 4 flashback they only showed there was a master of water, they never showed any relationships or anything
@@BoroPhil7 how they didn’t show any signs of even being friends the only things astablished by the time that episode came out was there where elemental masters that everyone was a descendent of and they showed what they looked like nothing more that that
1:09 TomCritic gay confirmed?! Also I i like how it goes from "*sigh* wait you aren't Dareth" to *Sigh* *Hello Dareth.* Also I'm pretty sure their Airjitzu is blue is because it uses dark magic canonically, and the more the ninja used it, the dark magic was probably fuelled by their powers or something, so they started to gain more colour.
While still a great season, the cloud kingdom plot is one of the worst things that ever happened to ninjago. I'm not talking about the realms, I'm talking about the writers of destiny.
Dragons Rising retconned that a bit, saying that the writers of destiny believe that they write destiny but there is no actual evidence. Which ... is one way to deal with that, I guess.
I remember shadow of ronin so vividly. It was the first game I got on my first console and I was dead excited to play it for the first time it was an unmatched feeling. I also remember that I didn’t know how to save the game so I lost my progress on one really long section of it where you fight ronin possessing rocks to beat the ninja. And Kai’s voice sounds like a two year old
So ... the sixteen realms in order of appearance ... kinda. 1. Ninjago. Obviously. 2. The Underworld 3. The Realm of Madness 4. The Cursed Realm 5. The Cloud Kingdom 6. Unnamed realm that we technically saw earlier, because the inside of the Fire Temple is part of it, but we only learn in this season that it is its own realm. 7. Wyldness (the realm that includes Chima, though we only learn that in the second season of Dragons Rising) 8. Djinnjago 9. The Departed Realm 10. The First Realm / Realm of Dragons and Oni 11. The Neverrealm 12. Imperium 13. The Place of Lost Things (this one is a bit dubious as it might not be its own realm) So, unless I forgot one (which is absolutely possible) there are still three or four that we don't know.
Your video help me realise how the forshadowing for Jay is so brillant - the authors couldn't have done it better. Also I love your use if the Bone Theme from Boneworks as your outro music.
The reason the og 4 ninjas airjitzu is just blue is because it has something to do with their powers being taken away. Notice in the 2 part finale when they get their powers back, their airjitzu becomes their signature colors.
I honestly think that possession would have worked better as a kai season as morro is what kai would have become if he refused to accept he wasn't the green ninja so it would have worked well to show the parallels between them and have kai think he can deal with morro by himself but ultimately accept he can't and he puts his faith in nya. The season wouldn't be that different but i think it would just improve both kai and nya as a whole
I love how in the tournament an anacondrai teases this season saying ghosts arents real and in skybound nadakhan says they arents real (seasons right before and right after)
One of my favorite seasons besides the second and third ones, I remember being shocked thinking that they had the balls to kill off Dareth when Jay spilled the ink and had him get cement dumped on him, thinking he drowned, and the show made it play like a joke
To be honest, I think one of the only reasons why I like this season is because a I love spooky s***. Two morrow is my favorite villain (And the only one I actually want to see return in dragons rising and get some sort of redemption Arc). And three ghost Cole!
Was it ever explained why Lloyds appearance changed (like to the black hair, pale face and whatever was around his eyes) we’ve seen other character possessed but their appearance never changed that much Or am I just dumb
Okay position is easily the best season of Ninjago season six is a huge downgrade in my opinion season seven is even worse and then season 8 9 and 10 is Awful and that’s a hot tack but I’ll stick with it
Dude first of there's nothing wrong with six or seven or eight or nine or ten because season six showcased the consequences of if you got what you want and season seven showcased that there's greater threats out there that aren't the overlord because acronix and krux and the iron doom could literally alter any part in Ninjago's history and ruin a point in time like the aftermath of them losing their powers or perhaps making it so every villain won so think about that as for sog and hunted they are extremely good and have very good storylines because one's about resurrection and destroying everything a person loves and the other is about survival during your lowest point not like you would know that because everyone hits rock bottom and struggles to pick themselves back up which Lloyd was going through after thinking he lost his friends and his young master wu in the aftermath of the bounty being crushed and as for March of the oni the conclusion of the oni saga it not only showcased that the oni are dangerous within four episodes but the only way to defeat destruction is with creation because everything has an equal and a opposite the oni's opposite was the one thing that makes up not only Ninjago but other realms the first spinjitzu master created so you might want to do a rewatch and I don't learn something
Okay the only trilogy is bad because it’s boring in my opinion it’s boring right and what’s this you know I don’t like how serious it is now I’m not saying I like season 11 or any of the wild brain seasons but I like the like a goofy Ninjago I like season five goofiness you know
Okay okay listen I love how are you defending season six right I don’t I don’t get 66 season 16 right but I just don’t enjoy you know for many reasons such as JJ is just so annoying I’d argue in possession he is just way more likable than he is in Skybound in season seven I mean yeah I like season 7 to an extent but the dialogue kills it and I didn’t like what they did with the word in season seven I like what they did it with Lloyd and she’s an eight I just find season 89 and 10 boring but season 10 was more interesting than the eight and nine I’ll say that
You know, Morro is kinda similar to Tai Lung from Kung Fu Panda.

I think your kinda right
Agreed !
And Tai lung
(spoilers for kung Fu Panda 4)
Tai lung did actually redeem himself at the end and went back to the spirit realm with the chameleon, and bowed down to Po
I said this on a shut
They got inspired by Tai Lung’s backstory that’s why
can't believe the big tom critic skipped over that Morro possessing Lloyd drinking in the bar scene....
Not to mention how Morro knows about that stuff
That Chima cameo towards the season's end really surprised me as a kid, but Possession is still a solid season; not perfect, but marginally better than Shardbound. What we need next is the Tournament Arc(Season 4) as I call it.
Eh. I see Kai and Lloyd's relationship to be more brotherly than anything else.
Possesion best season
2nd best for me
@@jakeplayzyt5220 still, morro is at least top 3 villians
Moorro is 2nd best villain right under mr e

9:22 no they are the same but they are made of deepstone unlike the old suits that where just regular material
morro lightning is probably a callback to jay wind
Probably
I love how in season one jay uses wind which confused everyone, and then morro uses lightning, I wonder if it was intentional
Jay's wind was an error
Morro's lightning came from Lloyd's power or the storm

Talk about tournament of elements
For some reason I was surprised when he said shit

Which one? Because if it was Misako she didn't change because Bansha controlled her from a distance. It wasn't a proper possession.
Lloyds appearance changed to look more like Morro. It was signifying Morros control over Lloyds body
1:49 taxi !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! wooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Will you rank all the seasons once you review them all. You still have S1, S4, S13, and S15 to go.
