Ezra's lightning being white doesn't seem to have anything to do with it. The television show uses different colors to differentiate Speedsters but their color doesn't seem to determine how much they are in tune with the speed force. At least that idea has never been discussed within the show as far as i can remember. Also there haven't been any Speedsters on the show with actual natural white lightning. So we don't know how fast/ in tune a Speedster with white lightning could or would be. And for anyone who was thinking about it Savitar's white lightning is the result of his suit and Godspeed's white lightning is the result of his natural lightning with the perfected V9 formula. As for Ezra's presence its easily explained. The speed force is a plane outside of time and space just like the vanishing point. And as you mentioned Tre the speed force is infinite. It stretches out across all of the multiverse and it has been present since the beginning of the Universe itself. So Ezra's Flash was most likely traveling through the speed force at the moment his Earth got destroyed by the anti-matter wave. And that scene was probably possible because Ezra's Barry came in close proximity with our Barry. And he eventually vanished because the distance within the speed force between them became to far.

As for Ezra's presence its easily explained. The speed force is a plane outside of time and space just like the vanishing point. And as you mentioned Tre the speed force is infinite. It stretches out across all of the multiverse and it has been present since the beginning of the Universe itself. So Ezra's Flash was most likely traveling through the speed force at the moment his Earth got destroyed by the anti-matter wave. And that scene was probably possible because Ezra's Barry came in close proximity with our Barry. And he eventually vanished because the distance within the speed force between them became to far.
