I like the 2 ways Oliver died. First he fought to save Earth 38 fighting to save a billion people, The second he brought back the universe saving everyone that ever lived.
That’s right, Shan! Before Spider-Man: No Way Home, Crisis on Infinite Earths actually did the impossible by hiding Ezra Miller’s cameo so well without any leaks or official confirmation as far as I can remember
The reason why his cameo was a well hidden secret is because it was a last minute change. They filmed his cameo after the entire crossover was done filming as far as I remember.

Trivia: The flash movie with ezra was announced the same time the flash tv show pilot aired. Now the flash movie is finally releasing and the flash tv show is ending. E1 laurel cameo could have been longer but at least it was not s02 drug/drunk addict version 😉🤪
movie should have been deleted like the batfemale one, or they should have reshot the ezra scenes with a normal actor who does not have 6 with people who are 10
16:19 I'm glad I'm not the only one seeing a very Power Rangers-eseque quality to that moment. I fully expected them to summon the megazord... Hate, hate, hate Lex being one of the so-called paragons in this episode, instead of Superman; especially such a moustache twirling version of the character. Oliver's arc of dying, becoming the new Spectre and finding his power is all something I feel should have happened on Arrow during the lead-up to Crisis. This felt like filler to me being part of the event itself; even as essential as it was. It didn't allow for the time or the impact it could have had as the main story of that series prior to Crisis. I don't even remember what it actually was now, it was so unimportant. I remember his daughter getting zapped to the past, and a lot of heavy handed foreshadowing of Oliver's death, and that's about it. If Oliver had died in the season premiere, they could have allowed team Arrow and the B team the appropriate response; Diggle could have actually been there when it happened. They could have explored trying to bring him back and him working his way through the afterlife and choosing to become Spectre. But tease it so his decision isn't quite so clear prior to Crisis. Go into the crossover without Oliver, the characters have had a chance to grieve, but are still coping of having this big fight without him. And then I feel like a big part of this episode in particular could have been different - Barry draws Earth 1 into the Speed Force to protect everyone, but it's requiring a lot of his own concentration to sustain it, and it's starting to fade. The various heroes have to find a way to pull Earth out of the speed force before it kills Barry, taking the Earth with him. But the speed force would probably be trippy for a lot of people. Eventually the story makes its way to the fight at the beginning of time, but I think if you're going to have a big, epic crossover like this, that is the scene you don't skimp on. This is DC's version of Endgame, and as I recall, this came out first. Spend the money, and coordinate schedules to utilize as many of characters from across the Arrowverse as possible and put them all into that battle. The fight starts to turn against the heroes, they're beginning to lose, when Spectre-Oliver appears - enormous and powerful. He sends the heroes home, takes on the anti-Monitor and creates the new big bang that forms the streamlined universe.
I kinda hope this Flash encounter will be referenced in The Flash Movie, but then again that film is made by the same company with complete disregard of DCTV

So much yes about being over killing off the main character of a series. I remember Stephen Amell saying he and the showrunners agreeing it was the natural conclusion for the character; and it's like... no, it's really not. I mean, yes, technically, that's the natural conclusion for all of us, but that shouldn't be the arc of the series. Another show I am a fan of (I won't say what on the off, off chance Shan wants to watch it) pulled the same thing in its final episode and the showrunners and the lead made a similar argument that just didn't hold water. In fact, their rationale kind of flew in the face of the premise of the series, which made it very frustrating.
I hate it to it’s like characters deserve to be happy endings , there are happy endings in real life but no one cares or talks or even mentions it love your reaction I think it’s lazy and a cheap ending
I do not know what you mean by saying most shows kilm the main Character. I can name 3 shows Arrow Breaking Bad And Sons of Anarchy If you count the MCU as a TV Show then i guess that as well. On the other side i can tell you like 4 douzen TV Shows that did not do that.
Maybe im wrong for saying this but if i was in Ezras place, asked to do a cameo for a few mins and the paycheck would probably wipe out the budget for the show, id tell them to keep the money and do it for free.
Honestly, I always liked Sara's black costume over the white costume. She'll always be the Black Canary to me. Laurel and Dinah just never measured up. The writers nailed it on the first try and kept trying to improve it.

Yeah the crossover budget was mostly blown to get Ezra Miller for this brief scene which is why it part was so choppy and lacklustre. That final scene of Barry and Sara comforting Oliver in his last moments was probably the only decent thing of the episode. No matter what anyone says these three were the real Arrowverse trinity. Oliver the first that started it all, Sara the first female hero, Barry the first with superpowers.

I'm not sure about the budget thing, but I know it was the Dc higher ups who contacted the show and not the other way around.
This was 2020. The Flash Movie was planned for 2020 i think. This was just advertisement for the Flash movie.
