Got a call about an hour ago from an unknown number claiming that I had a court case, I've received no notices of any kind and no police have come to my house to serve me any legal documents of any kind, they gave a number with a Florida area code which is nowhere near where I live.
How do you report a grifter in florida who jumps from one victim to the next under different aliases and different circumstances for the purpose of fleecing those individuals until leaving victims traumatized before moving onto the next? It seems the law doesn't care about an individual that has been fleecing women for decades. I was a victim and he cost me 65k. I know he has robbed many other people, I have a list of many but the law doesn't seem to care and he continues to defraud people over and over and over again? How can this person be arrested?
GO TO YOUR COUNTY SHERIFF's OFFICE and file a report. They are more apt to do something. get to know your sheriff and deputies,THEY ARE THE LAW OF THE LAND way more than City Police.
What if the scam is happening in a bank through a foreign country does that violate federal international law please let me know because this is a $1.2 billion issue

I think the best you can do to protect yourself is making sure you send out with tracking information and then store that for X amount of time in order to prove you sent. They will file a report that you didn’t send and you will submit tracking .
