I tell my Mom all the time that she should eat less beef and pork and instead try to eat more lamb. I think that I'm going to surprise her with this recipe for her birthday. I love cooking for my Mom. She never writes down family recipes, you just have to watch her and listen and learn and remember the recipe in your head.
