I have watched many "rail fan" TH-cam channels and there are some major differences between yours and all the rest. Most show some place where the trains cross the very same place, usually some spot near a mid west town, or have so many people, also train watching, that they become the thing viewed and not the trains. Your videos all take place in some of the most spectacular scenery, no other people to clutter the view and your spots vary quite a bit. It must be real nice to drive the trains through that sub-division. Now, I know that the majority of the rail fan channels are in the east or midwest, but I believe that you are going to slowly become one of the most subscribed channels, due to the things i've mentioned. I have a friend that lives just across the Idaho state line and just across the river from the tracks. So, I get to see what the weather, generally speaking, is like where he lives. Thanks for the great videos. ;-)
Thank you Robert, I really appreciate that. I guess I'm lucky that I live in a sparsely populated area and can go out to these locations and be all alone, something I really treasure. I do try to vary the locations so it not the same location all the time. It definitely would be a great subdivision to to drive a train through. I really just love going out and videoing trains, it's something I've always enjoyed, and You Tube allows me to share my videos with others that enjoy watching trains also. You're more than welcome and thanks for watching.
@@PacificNWRailfan I have been accused of being the only person that (by the accuser) will purposely stop at a grade crossing to watch a train pass. It sure is fun, and the engine crew almost always waves hello. I can't share it here (due to length), but I wrote an article, which I call "For the Love of Trains". In it I share the story of the very first train I ever saw at 4 years old. it had 6 New York Central version of a Northern class steam locos.
Another great video! Thanks for uploading so frequently and with such quality. I watch every video to get a sense of motive power/rolling stock trends because it's great modeling reference. -Cam
the cute pooch panting in the background audio 0:01 - 1:00 is hysterical 😁😂
Excellent and those sweeping curve shots at beginning and between the 3-4 minute mark are outstanding.
Yes indeed!
Thanks Solutions2 Exist, I appreciate it, I have to do a bit of walking, and packing in my gear, to get to this spot. Thanks for watching.

Great camera work as always, and not a pile of trackside obstacles in the way. May other people notice this and do better on their videos.👍👍
