Can you make a finishing series
Keys to this are bending your knees over your toes and trying to stay with a low centre of gravity the whole time. Sometimes flex your knees in or out on the go around and move your toes without lifting them.
Hey guys and gals, I've played bbasketall for quite a while (2 years) and I decided to record myself dribbling. Boy, was I Shock because I didn't realize I look hella stiff, for all this time I thought I was smooth, how wrong was I..... Do you guys have any tips?? The vid is on mh channel. @@aanzs4967 work on your hip internal rotation and getting into positions that sell moves. It’s all about hip positioning, ankles, and speed/ direction changes. Look at kemba walker for an extremely mobile and crafty guard

Hey (Mr.) Devin Williams, can you include a ball handling workout to help change body positionings when handling the ball (i.e. getting low and selling the cross, dropping hips to change speeds, etc.)?

judging from where you shoot how do you find the right muscle to put in the ball like from mid range to three point without changing your jumper up
