Be careful while trying to buy here. its quite expensive in the name of premium product, but there is nothing premium about it. Plus the maintenance is huge around 11 per sq ft, so even after buying you will feel like paying rent. It hard to resell and even rent is very low. Its a total loss investment.

The narration is too dramatic and sounds somewhat fake. The house itself looks nothing special; this type of house is common in many western cities. Just a copy. The staff quarters were nothing but cupboards with a bed!! Overall, quite disappointing.
Also 3.77 is for entry level shared row house ...the bunglow style presidential is very costly....
4 cr is very expensive. you can still buy empty land parcels 2x the size under 3cr around the MIDC area. Plus water logging is only increasing in and around Domibivali city

Hey ! The maids ‘ rooms are without windows and doors ? Not fair ! If I was a maid , I would die of claustrophobia 😅Our servant quarters are small make cottages with ample room for them to move about 😊 These days no maid is going to sleep in such places . You guys should make the maids’ rooms simple but airy ! My take as a human 🙏

How much of villa is pop, how much is hidden maintenance cost per month
even after buying the villa for around 4cr, you will be paying at least 30,000 per month. Can not change anything right from window glass type to fancy grill or paint. There is 100 point list of restrictions and the location is far of, not sure how the rate is justified also month charges seems like paying rent lol

Dont Buy here. lots of supply of inventory so no property appreciation. 1 Cr flat rent is mere 15k. total waste of money. also maintainance charges are huge. litigation between Lodha and home owners , too much trouble in the area.
