So I just got my 9400 back from being serviced and tension was all screwed up. Turns out they put the bobbin in backwards! Glad I thought to check.

Not clear where the thread goes when loading the bobbin.

I have trouble getting the thread under the thread tension guide at the back left....I cant see the thread when it's under the white plastic tension guide cover....do you have any tips? Can the tension guide cover come off? Very frustrating...

Getting eye level with the machine is the best or open the side cover that might help out too.
