I tried to make them as accessible as possible! You can even run the Deadeye one on Core Thief by subbing in Deadly Arts 2-2-2 or just swap in Deadly Arts for Trickery on DE if you want even more refreshes! ^^
I'm actually not sure about the elite. I'm pretty sure I tested the healing one in the past and b/c it doesn't do any damage it doesn't. But I supposes test and report back! (If those work, that's a significant increase as well obvi.)

Is there a reason you wouldn't run basilisk venom instead of Dagger Storm? Does it not contribute to tagging because it doesn't do damage?

I'd change the elite on guardian for the signet : passive healing to allies = more loot
