@@RashmiKumari-qo3ot first of all that doesn't count as personal benefit and second i understand development is important but so is environment especially for a place as fragile as ladakh , both can't be ignored and for that a middle ground is required, and to that government needs to come forward,talk to people, listen to their concern, express their views and agendas and at last find some solution but no they are borderline ignoring people of ladakh that's the problem.

अच्छा ऐसा है !!! आप लद्दाख में डेवलपमेंट नही होने देना चाहते ? जैसे चीन बॉर्डर के उस ओर डेवलपमेंट कर चुका हैं, ताकी कल उसे मिलिट्री वार में जीत मिले और भारत लद्दाख को पूरी तरह गवां दे! चीन तो लद्दाख को हड़पना चाहता है ताकि उसे चीन टू यूरोप मोटर मार्ग मिल जाए व्यापार करने के लिए और उसे फ्रेश वाटर भी मिल जाए , आखिर जिसके पास हिमालय होगा उसी के पास पानी भी होगा , टू भविष्य में भारत पानी कहां से लाएगा? जब तक लद्दाख में कनेक्टिविटी नही बड़ जाति तब तक लद्दाख में सेक 6 नही लगना चाहिए !
