I promoted this in Greece, Serbia and other countries. Everywhere and everybody jumped on it and found it catchy. There is something connecting us with the this oriental tunes, magic sounds and silk road heritage

Silk road, pfff, that is like yesterday, maybe these traces go back to Gobekli Tepe, point zero of civilization... Everyone is connected to Anatolia.
@mahmut mahmutoglu Gobekli is 12000 years old, meaning every human lived there has hundreds of millions of offspring living on earth now, if not billions. So yes in a way everyone is related more or less to those people. And about Turks, Anatolia has been one of the few lands continuously and densely populated through the history. You can find a great city for every period of time. So no, we do not have a little Ancient Anatolian heritage, we are mostly from ancient Anatolians. Where else we would be, Turkic roots are almost non existent genetically, even Germans have more Turkicness in them, because of Huns.
@mahmut mahmutoglu but didn't the selcuks etc. came in the 11th century a.d. to Anatolia? So the older settlements were they not Greek?
@mahmut mahmutoglu quite interesting and differentiated approach. The Trojans and the Minoans spoke Greek. Genetically there 4 major Hellenic tribes. Dorians, Aiolians, Ionians and another one. The first is what you consider of illyrian ancestry, but illyrian is not the right term. They come from the pelasgian branch and before of the hyperborean people. The Ionians settled in Anatolia 11-8 B.C. at West coast of Anatolia but also at the black Sea around Trabzon etc. Until today there are people speaking rumca in this region. They are genetically Ionians from the ancient town of iolkos over the temporary colony of Milet in Minor Asia. Also genetically related to populations in Sicily and apuglia. One genetical study from Sicily shows 37% Hellenic haplotypes of Sicilian people.

The main spirit of the band is the keyboardist.... however i havent seen him talking in any of the interviews... just the ultra psychedelic blonde lady speaks in intervievs that leads her losing all her psychedelic image and becomes an ordinary lady of a big city...

So glas i discovered this band, not so long ago. Long time ago, hm not so long, I used to do the P R for a dutch Turkish ladies rock band "kardelen" . Was very dissapointed to hear, that hey broke up. so glad that there is is this band. A more than very good replacement

Örneğin Erkin Koray, Cem Karaca, Fikret Kızılok. Moğollar, Barış Manço çok başarılı, çok güzel işler yapmışlar. Dünya ölçeğinde başarılı müzikler onlar.
