    In this video:
    • Cole The Cornstar is a popular TH-cam farmer who showcases farming life and operations on his family's 1,200-acre corn and soybean farm, educating viewers about agriculture.
    • His TH-cam channel grew rapidly, reaching over 200,000 subscribers by March 2020, with videos regularly getting 100,000+ views and some hitting a million.
    • Cole faced controversy when he asked viewers for financial contributions to cover excess spending on a grain bin construction project, leading to backlash and debates about creator-audience boundaries.
    • Despite the controversy, Cole continued his commitment to educating viewers about farming, though some argue the incident affected his long-term reputation.
    • As of 2024, Cole's estimated net worth is over $400,000, with annual earnings of around $100,000 from his TH-cam channel through ad revenue, sponsorships, and potentially merchandise sales.

    I never saw any video asking for money. There wasn't anything wrong with his deal for the grain bin. The work turn out to be shoddy, welds not holding, cement cracking, grain auger not working etc. You missed alot in your deceitful report.

    Have been a fan of Cole from the beginning. The transformation of the farm from basically a junk yard to what it is today. How many 26 year olds does anyone know that have accomplished so much.

    Only time I have seen Cole the Cornstar ask for anything was to benefit other people and I think that has only happened once. I have watched his youtube channel since he had less than 20k viewers. NEVER once did I see Cole or Daddy Cornstar ask for assistance with the faulty grain bins and it is currently in the hands of the lawyers because it was such a shoddy job.

      I came in AFTER the fact, hearing something about asking for donations to help his in-laws church property. And then , I saw him ask to help donate to help pay medical bills for a good friend (Ron’s?) sister in law’s cancer treatment. But I TOTALLY missed any CORNSTAR asking for donations towards the shoddy bins. Regardless, it’s completely voluntary.

    I watched closely the construction of the storage sight . It was a horrific mess . With the contractor not taking responsibility for their poor ( at best ) hired help . Their lack of proper supervision of construction. Just an absolutely terrible contractor. The end result, an unsafe sight . And a poor finished product . My 60 years in construction speaks for itself self .

    Shame on you Content Creator for piggybacking on Cole’s following to get views on your channel. What are you doing that’s constructive? Posting videos that tear down hard working people? I’ve watched Cole’s channel almost from the beginning and he has accomplished an incredible amount in a few short years. He has interesting content. The only time I heard him ask for money was when he asked for donations for Nave’s dad’s church and so what? The people who are judging him for his personal life are out of line. I don’t watch his channel to learn how to live, I watch it because I like seeing things get done, cleaned up, and progress made. I’m especially enjoying watching his home renovation right now too. That house is going to be amazing when completed.

    • @greghamann2099
      @greghamann2099 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Originally I enjoyed the renovation also. Now I see it as a poorly planned money pit. Second, he uses restoration as a description but now I only see the place as literally a shell of its former self. There is very little left of the true character it once had. It is now what they call a McMansion and not a good one at that. Once this sorry phase is over, I will show more interest again.

    • @Somewhereintime22
      @Somewhereintime22 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@greghamann2099 As someone who has done major renovations on four houses throughout my lifetime, I understand the complexity of these gut jobs. When renovating, it’s hard to make yourself dig deeply to do the structural work and prepare for the new systems when human nature makes you want to go directly to the fun stuff. I think he’s showing good sense and a great ability to delay gratification while he’s working hard to do the underlying systems. Of course he’s had to go down to a shell (ie rip a bunch of stuff out) to do it correctly. The house had what would now be considered serious code violations. He’s working hard to make the envelope and foundation of the house strong and he’s put a ton of work and money into doing so. What would make it a true money pit would be ignoring the structural and system work and going right into the surfaces and fun stuff. That decision will always come back to bite you as I learned the hard way. That said, I do have to agree with you about him stripping away the charm by tossing all the incredible woodwork and moldings. I’ve had the McMansion thought a few times as well along with the thought that I might cry a little if he slathers it with gray paint, barn doors and a pencil tile backsplash. I’m old enough to have lived through a few styles and the decision to go with the styles of the moment never age well. He’d have had something so much more valuable if he’d have preserved the original details even if he had to remove them and put them back after refinishing them which is an insane amount of work. However…that’s really not my business judging him for any style decisions. I just enjoy seeing all the progress he’s making and I love seeing things get cleaned up and repaired. I wish him luck and will continue to watch his channel.

    You were doing pretty good until the LIE. Cole has NEVER asked his viewers for money. And the bin site problem was due to shoddy work from the company that built it and they are in the middle of a law suit over it. I have watched every video from his first one and he's never and i do mean NEVER asked for money. Not a single controversy. You are aware he could sue you for libel, right??? You might want to remove the lie from your video.

    I use to watch his content but stop like three years ago. He just acted really weird when he would tell everyone I am Christian & telling his followers to live a life not full of sin. And to do the right thing. But then have his then girlfriend living with him & having sex. Then once she became pregnant he decided to marry her. I am not against sex before marriage, but don’t be a hypocrite.
    And then he will want to be so secret about stuff. I get it that you don’t want your whole on TH-cam. But if you decide to start a channel & put your family on there. Then be out there. Don’t keep secrets from your fans who were supporting you for many years before.
    I wish him the best but I am not a follower anymore. I know he possibly will not care if I follow him since I am one person. But I have feelings & views too

      I believe Cole's farming terminology was "why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free"! I totally agree Cole was going on and on about his good Christian morals and values when in reality he had a live in girlfriend or at least one that stayed over every now and then. Not sure but I believe Cole took bids on the bin site and from my experience there is a reason why someone puts in a lower bid and its not because they can offer better quality. It was obvious from watching the videos the contractor or probably subcontractor did not have formal schooling in construction. I didn't see slump test being performed on the concrete and the concrete has proved to be substandard. Now I have heard many say all concrete cracks but that is BS. On a positive note Cole wasn't exactly asking for money he was selling dirt that came with a certificate to do about something or another. All that being said I still like his channel and watch it every time a new video comes out. I really like this house remodel he is doing but for a person who seems to plan things out so well he sure has had to go back and tear out parts that were recently redone or just redone. How many times have they had to move the gravel around in that basement? But, Cole says he doesn't know anything about what he is doing and its all a learning curve but you can bet when he is done it will be an awesome house!
