  • Isa sa mga all-time favorite sa mga handaan ang ating lulutuin ngayon. Magluluto tayo ng Lumpiang Giniling!
    Mga sangkap:
    cooking oil
    5 cloves garlic
    1 whole onion, minced
    1/2 kilo ground meat
    1 pc red bell pepper
    1 small carrot
    1 medium potato
    1 tbsp raisins (optional)
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    black pepper
    1 1/2 tbsp flour
    8 - 10 pcs medium size lumpia wrapper
    slurry (cornstarch with water)

    Besides s simpol sya pero masarap and most of all - ang daming tinuturo ni chef. Hinde lng basta pagluluto, even the smallest things na importante pala.

    Yes chef narinig ko na yan na khit wag hugasan ang giniling.Gingwa ko nman po pra ndi mailado kung mamaya ko pa lutuin ay pinapakuluan ko po ng konti konti lng ng sa gnun ndi sya mailado oh umasim.

    Ito po yong simpol ko na recipe.. Ang isa sa mga paborito ng mga anak ko.. Dahil ang gusto ng mga anak ko ang lumpiang shanghai ko at cheese stick kya ang ginawa ko pinag combine ko ang dalawa.. So... Naging cheesy lumpiang shanghai. Ito npo ang result n gawa ko..

    Ok lang po ba ilagay sa ref ang mga ibang lumpia kapag hindi mo gusto iluto lahat ng binalot mo?

      Puede po syang ilagay sa zip lock at i freezer po. By batch po nilalagay ex 10 pcs ang m ubus mo at least yun lng i de frose pag gusto mo ulit kumain sa ibang araw.
