It must be so hard to live on when you have a soul mate with such a beautifull voice, that is taken early. I have just found Kate Wolf and what a find, such beautifull songs which enrich my late in life time.

sorry for your loss, terry. her music was life altering to me as a young man in my 20s living in the wilds of humboldt county in the early 80s.
I heard Kate Wolf for the first time 1 week ago , I must have played her song green eyes 100 times , I am caught in her spell. God bless her sweet heart. 🥰

@@kaynef6637 it was a magically time when Kate & I went on a Vision Quest to Joshua Tree and came back as one after deciding to share a life together. In that spring 40 years ago she wrote “Give Yourself To Love”, “Medicine Wheel”, “Desert Wind” & “Green Eyes” in that order.
@@terryfowleradventures that’s beautiful Terry , it makes me very happy to know real love does exist and is eternal. Soul mates are very very real and you two were very blest to find each other and through your love such beautiful music was born and was so powerful and strong it still makes a difference 40 years on and will for untold years to come . Now when I hear green eyes I will see you both and your love for each other in my minds eye. Very powerful indeed . Thank you Terry this means more to me than you shall ever know.
@@terryfowleradventures I think Medicine Wheel is probably the most beautiful song I’ve ever heard. I listen to Kate most days and I’m often left in tears as her songs resonate so much.
First time i listened to her sweet beautiful voice was with "Green eyes" and i immediatly became a fan... I'm grateful to have some of her songs in my heart for the rest of my life. I'm aged 55 and was born a French man from France.

Hi Terry.thank you for an insight into your life with Kate.I only discovered her music during our first lockdown.i picked up my old guitar and played along.i am 73yrs old and hadn't played for years. her music reminded of the folk songs back in the day.i cried when i read she was no longer with us. Beautiful photo too.🏴 x

Absolutely incredible! I heard there were a bunch of songs considered for the mendocino CD. Can one hear more songs?
The only songs considered for the Live In Mendocino album were songs live recorded in Mendocino County over a few years. This was live recorded in San Francisco. There may be another album put out in the future with other songs

@@ZachKopkaZake no filming except at a few locations done in house. There may be something else that comes out
in the future but some of the video/audio is not good quality
There are some video posted on TH-cam of the Feb 1985 Austin show which was before the Nov 1985 Austin City Limits video
