It was the same last November when I landed at Soekarno-Hatta airport. I had both digital and printed copies of my covid-19 certificates from the UK but no one asked for them. I filled in the e-visa whilst I was in transit waiting in Qatar, and then paid the 500'000rp when I got to immigration in Soekarno-Hatta.
I was shocked at the visa price, but, it is what it is. All countries are trying to get extra money from travellers. I took masks with me and still wore one in certain situations, as did so many Indonesians, but in general, they were not used.
