- In this video I will show you guys how I save my dying orchid. What I am about to show you is proven hundred times and never failed through out of my experience growing orchids. This method will help you to save your any kind of dying orchid if there is air root. Did your orchids have lim leaves that revived after using this method? My mini-orchid came from a store where they over-watered her terribly.
I never had issues with my orchids, until I change the pot and now the leaves are wrinkled, looks like the orchids are not hydrated enough, so I ordered some new moss, and will look at it again, will give you feed back

I'm going to try this, Emaan. My favorite orchid is dying from root rot and I'm heart broken! It's the most beautiful deep purple, hybrid, grocery store phal I've ever seen and I know I'll never find it again. If I can't save it, I'll never lay my eyes on an orchid this beautiful as long as I live. I hope this works! 🤞 Thank you so much for making these videos. I had seen another tutorial telling me to just wet the aerial roots 1-2 times a day and dont dare wrap them in moss and thats what ive been doing for the last week with a young orchid i bought that had root rot. (I didnt realize it had no roots and the other 2 i bought seem to be ok, i got 3 young orchids for $15 and i really want all 3 to live) It has been just getting worse and worse so im looking for something that actually works. Lol. It didnt make sense to me that i couldnt constantly keep the aerial roots moist, my intuition was telling me to do it but these are my first orchids so i was relying on the person i watched. I think this is going to help me so much more ❤

There’s a spray wax that you can use to kill the white looking bugs, then when the infestation is over you can wipe the leaves with mile lemon water not too much lemon juice tho. The wax spray is mostly for other kinds of plants to make them shine but it works to keep bugs from being attracted to the leaves. A well ventilated spot is good. Thank you for the advice about charcoal.

I had almost given up on the orchid I have, until I watched several of your videos. Today I took the orchid out if its pot and cleaned the dead roots off and the rotten roots off and reported her with the bark and miss. Hopefully she will b e happy and bloom for me now. Thank you so much for the learning videos. I will let you know how the orchid does.

I bought My new phalaenopsis two weeks back. leaves are droopy .. one of my flower got dried. Roots are pale brownish green in color. Not that much dark green as I seen in your videos.I repotted in coconut husk.is it because of lack of moisture ? Whether I can able to save it?? Shall I water it frequently (2 days once ) to retain the moisture?

Yes, distilled water is great, for orchids. Make sure you use the correct fertilizer though…@SujataSarah

Save a orchid if it's really really worth it. Saving one take 6 months and another 1 year to see the full blossom. Or you throw it away and buy a new one for $20 at your local grocery shop.
I have an Orchid that has lost all its leaves and roots but it still has 2 long spikes that are still green. Now it's starting to grow new roots. Should I cut off the spikes?
