  • This is a 5 minute relaxation video. Sit back, relax those shoulders and watch the sun rise.
    Take one deep breath in through the nose and gently exhale through the mouth.
    It's often not that easy to be in the moment with all that noise in our heads. I was told some time ago that today is a gift and that's why it's called The Present. That's always stuck with me, so I try to embrace each day with optimism and I look for the positives and try to count my blessings. It does help to put me in the right frame of mind and sets my day up with hope and a little joy in my heart. I hope by the end of this video you are feeling calmer, more relaxed and a little more resilient.
