I have a theory, each one of the main characters represents a mental disorder. Bugbo is schizophrenia, Gradient Joe is social anxiety, Gerbo is autism, and Hoppo is ADHD. Basically, it's that one winnie the pooh theory where each character has a mental disorder, except instead of winnie the pooh, it's bugbo. Tbh, I think you can do this theory with any series.

It’s crazy to me that despite there being about 75 million autistic people on earth (can’t remember if that’s the accurate number so don’t quote me on that) that’s still the minority because it only makes up *1%* of the total population which is INSANE. My point is, it makes me stupidly happy when stuff like this brings autistic people (or people who respect and willing to try to understand/relate to people with autistic symptoms or any form of neurodiversity) together because it makes me feel like we’re a bigger group than we really are. It really does make me happy to know there are others like me, in a way understand me, and can sympathize with my symptoms.
