I totally agree with Professor Manyora. The politicians that Hon Raila donated to president Ruto to help his government can hardly achieve anything useful for the country, if the government policy does not support that. Remember we had the "Dream Team", headed by Richard Leakey, that was appointed by late president moi, that did not succeed to improve the economy, simply because moi's policy was not for it. Moi only wanted to get back donor funding which had been withdrawn because of rampant corruption and political intolerance. Time will soon tell the truth
