Poulan Pro 42cc 4218 avx Low Compression Weak Cutting - New Cylinder Install

This is the same 42cc from my previous videos. In part 3 you can see it is weak on power. New ring and carburetor didn't help. I replace with cheap cylinder kit and see if things get better.
