Thanks for watching! …Because of the elevation gain and rocky terrain, probably closer to three hours. It’s a pretty tough hike but well worth it!!! Do it!!! 😆
Great video! Such an awesome view from the top! Have you camped up top and caught the sunset? Will have to say the hardest hike in GA might be Tray Mountain on the AT between Unicoi Gap and Dick's Creek Gap. Have you done that hike before? Now following #40!
Thanks for the follow! If I can only get to 50!!! lol Indeed, an awesome view. I have not camped up top, in fact, I have just recently begun hiking and I am really enjoying it. I am trying to get the courage up for a two-day hike with an overnight camp. I have not hiked Tray Mountain as of yet, but I will add it to my list. I am really interested in doing the AT Georgia portion. I did the Byron Reece / Blood Mt. hike and that is the first and only time I have been on the AT. Thanks again for #40!!!
@@dalechilders6231 anytime my friend! Always looking to support other who love the outdoors. There are a lot of great sections of the AT in Georgia that you can do an overnighter on. There are a bunch of places / trails to hike on my channel that might interest you. Would live to hear your feedback! Keep up the videos!

What time of year did you hike this?
Mid October. It was pretty cold on top because of the wind.
