    Finger mudras do stimulate the central nervous system. You won't notice it in the beginning, but after a while you will fill tingling sensations/heat in the body (try practicicing the mudras while sitting with the toes and heels together for a stronger effect. An alternative lotus position). I've used the seals after work when sitting on the train, and have noticed it brings me faster into a meditative state.

    Apparently the last two words “在前” was actually wrong and when this spell thing was brought from China to japan, it was copied incorrectly or the guy that taught this remembered it wrong or something. The last two words are meant to be “前行” in the original nine words.

    • @TheJapanalyst
      @TheJapanalyst  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      That's interesting! Actually the combination of letters seems to differ depending on sects, so there might be a sect which copied the letters precisely (or more terribly wrong) haha😂

    Ilove these videos of yours. I am doing some research and I was wondering if there are SHINTO hand signs? I googled and basically it was these ninja ones that came up. In your video, there is reference to the hand sign associated with AMATERASU. Are there more hand signs like that?

    こにちわ!Wonderful! Wonderful my friend Naoto this is interesting to learn the fingers in the hand seals! Ninja is very interesting to some people including me, I have been watching my favorite old anime videos on DVD which is "Yotoden: Chronicles of the Warlord Period (1987-1988)" which is about a female ninja and her male ninja partner join together to destroy Nobunaga Oda's evil powers before Japan becomes a supernatural monster nation of demons of 1582, great anime to make fun of Nobunaga and their is great music to the videos. And my all time favorite ninja game from Capcom is Strider Hiryu (1989) who is set to kill the evil alien dictator Grandmaster Meio of the year 2048 to save the human race of Earth, great game! Every day I keep saying to myself that our two Japanese film actors Takeru Satoh or Ryunosuke Kamiki should play the role as the future ninja Strider Hiryu for a live-action movie "Strider (202?) but I hope someday Strider Hiryu will have a live-action movie! Anyway, ninja are sometimes historical figures of Japanese history and they may be mysterious but some ninja groups can be heros as well. I love your video! ありがと.じゃあまたね!👍🇯🇵❤️🇺🇸✌️😊

      こんにちは!Thanks as always :D Yes, there're a lot of movies, animes, mangas about ninja, and that proves how much ninja fascinate people. Actually it was also interesting to me that I could know some unexpected aspects of ninja, in the course of gathering information to make this video. So far as I know, it strikes me that recently there're not so much newly coming movie (or TV show) about ninja. Perhaps soon it would be time we can see something new :D hopefully a live action movie of Strider Hiryu, as you say 👍

I BELIEVE THAT BUDDHA IS THE MAIN GOD OF JAPAN JAPANESE PEOPLE FOLLOW THE TEACHINGS OF BUDDHA THAT,S WHY JAPAN IS SO AHEAD. DID JAPANESE PEOPLE LOVE TO GO IN A TEMPLE EVERY WEEK? DID JAPANESE PEOPLE LOVE TO WORSHIP BUDDHA? DID JAPANESE PEOPLE LOVE TO KEPT BUDDHA STATUE AT HOME? DID JAPANESE PEOPLE LOVE TO BE BUDDHIST AND FOLLOWER OF BUDDHA? I AM FROM INDIA

    Does Japanese people have buddha statues at home not butsudan or bodhisattva statue just buddha statues? How many Japanese people have?

    • @TheJapanalyst
      @TheJapanalyst  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Nnn... So far as I can answer, normally in Japan buddhism (or the custom of buddhism in Japan) is something we believe in when it comes to death or funeral. Butsudan is really essential for respecting ancestors, as well as deceased family members. So it's not usual to have ONLY buddha statue at home. And as for the number of people.. sorry I have no idea.
