Most subjects of Buddhism did come from Hinduism after Prince Gautama was leaving India to Nepal to discover a new religion of enlightenment. They said 108 snails 🐌 sacrifice their lives to cover Gautama’s hair to protect him from heat strokes and for Gautama to do his silent meditation for 50 days under a tree to seek enlightenment before his answers would come.🙏☺️ Buddhism has been on Japanese soil since 794 or years before. And few Buddhism elements have been incorporated into Shintoism which makes it interesting to me. Remember Buddhism and Shintoism will always be together for good collaboration and bring happiness to all the lives of Japan.
