Yes you have to do a BOI filing within 90 days of getting your llc setup. But if you google boi filing there’s a .gov website that you can do it on your own.
I don't as of right now do hourly consulting... but I've thought about creating a Facebook group specifically for dialogue and asking questions doing Q&As or AMAs or case study stuff. Any interest in something like that?

I'm seeking recommendations for VoIP software suitable for my small business, which consists of 1-4 people. Specifically, I'm looking to acquire a US phone number for calling and texting with my US clients, despite being located in Europe. Many VoIP software options, such as Grasshopper and Nextiva, are inaccessible to me due to the lack of a US billing address. Thank you for your understanding and assistance.
What if you setup a virtual mailbox? I use ipostal1 costs around 20-30 a month depending on usage and they will scan and shred mail for you. I use that address for a lot of business purposes as well such as the location for my email service provider (active campaign). You could probably do that and then open up your options for VoIP services I’d think.

which llc company do you recommend as all of them i researched is expensive such as legalzoom etc im in in the uk need help for llc set up
