I agree with both. If I had to choose I would choose the Silverado. But honestly, I wouldn’t assume that you can make almost 4k on every flip. So numbers wise I feel like the Camaro would be a more common profit margin. But then again I really don’t know what I’m talking about so. Haha

Not baggin' on flying wheels but the original idea came from wheeler dealers like 10 years ago. Mike Brewer actually did 2 different series of this; worth a looksee bc he goes all over the world, even moving cars from country to country to get the best price. For the Ferrari flip I would do the Silverado. It was closer to the 12k you planned on spending and will get you to the Ferrari faster.

I think you should use the camaro as the Ferrari flip car . Also since you had a 4000$ ish budget after purchasing the Camaro why don’t you ad that red civic into the Ferrari flip as it fit into ur 4000$ budget . So if you do that you would have the Camaro, g35 and civic as all Ferrari flip cars

That little modual in the jeep is a throttle control unit, alters the percentage the ecu sees compared to the pedal position. I reccomend them alot to customers who use autos.

@@micharel937 newer vehicles have electronic controlled throttle bodies that use a voltage reading for throttle position. These type of aftermarket add ons alters the voltage signal when you press on the accelerator so in turn you get a quicker throttle response.

That controller adjusts the throttle. No power added, example: give it 35%, that controller is actually giving it 65%. Edit: I would remove it.

I learned the hard way on that just make sure that when you put it together you don't use the factory timing chain from the dealer because the problem is in the metal of the timing chain you do with an off stock one and it will last longer

A little bit of the magic of this series was lost with this episode. Being able to spend a bunch of money on different vehicles then choosing which one is the "Ferrari flip" based on check engine lights and what you found out about the cars after buying them really goes against the idea of series. You should separate the Ferrari flip money from your business money for the sake of keeping this experiment realistic. There are supposed to be ups and downs because of the inherent risk of this business. Protecting the Ferrari flips from these risks just defeats the purpose and lessens the excitement.
