Like she was able to make the first move like ask Adrien to walk her home, she didn't go after him after knowing the break up to get a chance, she wanted to comfort Kagami and help her fall in love with Adrien. They recreated the umbrella scene which is so nice!! S4 is starting to make me fall for Adrientte again. Glad they made Alya's skin color look like her and not light

Astruc has promised a season of "wham" episodes, and this one delivered: Ladybug's new suit, Rena's new powers, blatant Adrien fanservice, Kagami's endorsement of Adrienette... but the biggest one of all is that, as both the new Guardian and the holder of the Creation Miraculous, she can essentially create new superpowers for herself. I really appreciate your play-by-play, especially your drawing connections to past episodes that might not be obvious otherwise. This show is incredibly complex for a "kids' show", and you do the best job of spotting all the little details of anyone I've seen.
I've got to disagree. While Ladybug being able to create things makes sense, it's super overpowered especially since Chat Noir now has even fewer powers than Ladybug. With Rena's powers, they seem logical. We never saw evidence that she couldn't talk to her illusions before and this ability doesn't make her overpowered. It works (meanwhile, if Ladybug got akumatized, Shadowmoth would be completely unstoppable but I'm almost 100% certain that the show won't address the possibility of Mari getting akumatized [mainly because she's had SEVERAL moments where she should have been akumatized and wasn't] so there's no reason to worry about it. However, the show's also not going to make her use her power in a smart way like, idk, creating some kind of telepathy gem and trying to get it into the Agreste manor or on Gabriel because remember when suspecting Gabriel was a thing? So Ladybug's just overpowered for what reason? She could easily stop Shadowmoth but the show's obviously not going to do that. I know this because Gabriel could have easily already brought Emilie back or stopped two teenagers but he hasn't). Kagami's endorsement of Adrienette made so little sense to me. Of all people, Kagami? How would she know anything about people being made for each other? It would have made sense for Alya to say that, or any of Mari's other friends but Kagami? Especially so recently after her and Adrien's break up? And even though the reason she broke up with Adrien had nothing to do with Mari, giving her no reason to suspect that they have crushes on each other in any capacity? It just doesn't make sense to me. It just feels like the show is trying to push Adrienette so hard without going through the necessary development for Adrien and Mari to make it naturally work that now, they're just having characters straight up say, "they're made for each other" in a ploy to get the audience to agree and ignore the fact that Adrien and Mari still have issues they need to overcome before they're ready for a relationship with one another. Problems that who could have aided in solving? Hmm, I don't know, maybe Kagami and Luka???? The show introduced them as red herrings but their personalities (although I think you could barely say Luka has a personality) matched up with a thing that Adrien and Mari needed to work on that it was pretty obvious that those two should have helped Adrien become more in tune with his emotions in terms of his desires and Mari become more confident. If someone could show me infallible proof that Marinette has changed her obsessiveness and possessiveness and her group of friends have stopped enabling her, and that Adrien has been given adequate screen time to learn how to get in tune with his emotions and how to express himself and his desires, I'd be done to get behind Adrienette but as it stands, the show doesn't seem to have developed them properly. Sorry for the rant.

I wasn't aware you were on the writing staff. Now as for Kagami's statement: it's true she hasn't been socialized that much, but everyone in Mari and Adrien's peer group has picked up on the vibe between them. Anyone could figure it out; it's not subtle. And it's possible to support this ship while still acknowledging they both have issues they need to resolve, within themselves and with each other. You don't have to be fully self-actualized to be in love or in a relationship.

Next, Alya literally said that Ladybug's only limits are the ones she sets for herself. Not, "It seems like," or, "I think." If she has some kind of minimal limitation, it'd come from her age, but other than that, she literally made a charm to protect someone not from akumas, but from negative emotions altogether. And it's obvious that Ladybug's likely not going to make her use her power in a smart way because, aside from the fact that the status quo is god and she refuses to use the other miraculous to aid her for whatever reason, the show's slated to have around 7 seasons and we're only on numero quatro, meaning Ladybug's not winning for a long time and even if she did beat Gabriel, we know from the time travel villain back in like, Season 2, that there's a second Hawkmoth in the future (even though I'm pretty sure that's supposed to be further in the future when LB and CN are adults meaning these 7 seasons would be spent with Gabriel and Marinette having immense power and failing at using it to win their battle). As for Gabriel, YES, he could have easily stopped two teenagers or brought Emilie back simply by akumatizing someone and giving them the power to resurrect or the power to duplicate and restrain people. He's given people the craziest powers over 3 seasons and two specials _and_ he's an adult. What could possibly be limiting him other than what I presume is either idiocy or the writing team hoping no one notices how easily Gabe could have gotten Emilie back, no longer requiring LB or CN's miraculous. With Kagami, not only has she not been socialized, like Adrien, how would she even know how people be made for each other looks? Her, presumably, first relationship ended in him lying and her being disappointed and after Lies, we never get any moment showing that Kagami didn't completely revert back to her mother's teachings after the little display of annoyance last episode. I also don't see what "vibe" you're talking about. I see an obsessed girl and a boy who needs therapy. I don't see two characters that should be together. I see two characters that _will_ be together regardless of whether or not they should. I see an awkward girl and an awkward boy. They don't need to be fully self-actualized but if you read the last few sentences of my comment, you'd see that Marinette just needs to be confident and not obsessive or possessive and Adrien needs to get in tune with his emotions and learn to express himself and his desires. Look back at Chat Blanc. Adrien pieces together that Marinette is Ladybug and asks her out because she's the one behind the mask he loves. Obviously, even without this episode, we know that the reveal has to happen after Adrienette becomes canon or else one or both is going to be loving the other not because they love Chat Noir or Marinette but because they love Adrien or Ladybug. What if Rose were Ladybug? Would Adrien piece together that Ladybug is her and try to confess to Rose? We don't know for sure but we can assume yes. Because Adrien loves Ladybug and has made it clear that, as Adrien, he wants to know who she is under the mask so he can date her _because_ she's Ladybug. He thought that trying to be with Marinette because she was Ladybug was fine because she didn't see a problem with dating Adrien. But if he made it clear he wanted to be with Marinette because she just happens to be a superhero, Marinette would probably feel hurt. Yes, she's Ladybug, but Adrien loves Ladybug, not Marinette. He could probably learn to love Marinette but the relationship would be built on an unfairness toward Marinette. That's something Adrien seriously needs to work on, not to mention the fact that he was flirting with Ladybug throughout the duration of his time with Kagami. You can support the ship if you want but that doesn't change the fact that the show really doesn't seem to be putting in the work to make Adrienette feel earned. After all, if all the fans just want to see Adrienette become canon, what's the point in actually developing the characters in the ship? People will love and fawn over it anyway. Like I said in my first comment, Luka and Kagami could have easily helped Adrien and Marinette through some of their issues and got them on the right track of understanding they have issues and that they can get them solved. Marinette's little learned things at the end of every episode or so would actually continue to apply to future episodes and Adrien would get some therapy, learn that regardless of whether his father loves him or not, the way he treats Adrien isn't right, and maybe even get his own outlet for being Chat Noir. Marinette couldn't find consolation in an entire miracle box of kwami. Does the show really expect us to believe Adrien will be alright with just Plagg despite having been worse off than Marinette longer than her? The show sees what it wants and seems to take a hop, skip, and a jump over the important stuff and just flood the screen with Adrienette. I wouldn't be complaining if they just developed. Their. Characters. Into. Relationship-ready. People. I get wanting to skip to the cute or dynamic parts in a story; that's something I still struggle with in stories I don't flesh out. However, it's less of a struggle once I take the time to flesh and plan out everything and make my stories coherent and as realistic as I'm aiming for them to be. This is a show about teenage superheroes. It should stand to reason that the teenage superheroes should act like teenagers, no? My stories are about anthropomorphic, human-like animals on a planet facing all kind of wars with bouts of peace. It should stand to reason that anthropomorphic, human-like animals in a war would act like people in a war, no? I hope, I _truly_ hope, that this show can turn this around. Not for me, I don't ship anything in this show aside from Rose and Juleka. I hope this can change for the Adrienette fans. You guys deserve to have a well-written love story, not some half-assed handful of cute moments and told not shown reasons why they should be together. It really isn't fair for you to be supporting this show _and_ the main ship and be getting a middle finger from Thomas Astruc in return when you could get so much better if the show didn't consistently throw away or ignore potential. But, if the show could get better in other places for the benefit of fantasy, writing, and redemption fans, that would be a nice plus. Again, though, if the show can somehow magically fix all this, I'm down to see what they have in store. Also, I didn't use paragraphs because I didn't think that comment was long enough to require it. This one on the other hand...

The character development in this episode is beautiful. I’d never think I’d see the day where Marinette would try and help someone else get with Adrien.
Honestly, that'd be the one ship that, development-wise, made any sense (obv it wouldn't be perfect but at least one isn't obsessed with the other and one sucks at expressing their desires).

And have you ever paid attention to Adrien's flip flopping emotions and crushes? First, it was LB. Then he was dating Kagami. Now he's potentially got a crush on Marinette but he still has a crush on Ladybug. The boy clearly sucks at understanding his emotions and how to express himself. He *requires* that development before he can get into a relationship with Mari (and that's not touching on what Mari needs to work on) or else, just like with Kagami, he's still going to be crushing on Ladybug and that's not fair to any girl, even if Mari _is_ Ladybug. Adrien doesn't know that and even if he did, Marinette would risk having Adrien want to be with her _because_ she's Ladybug because he likes her so much. That's what we saw in Chat Blanc. The show _needs_ to develop Mari and Adrien into people who _should_ and can be together instead of just telling the audience that they should be together.

Another parallel can be found at 3:59 - Marinette leaving for the swimming pool in her pyjamas happened in the Adrienette-fest that was "Gorizilla." (This time, Alya was there to prevent it from happening!) 8:12 Presumably they can remove the nose clip digitally in post-production? 10:25 In most dubs of this show, puns and similar bits of wordplay are thrown in all over the place. This is one that works better in French: "embrasser" means "to kiss," "embarrasser" means "to embarrass." So, Marinette isn't referring to anything that's actually happened here. (She *did* kiss him in "Puppeteer 2," of course, but that's clearly not what she was thinking about at this moment...) 13:21 Somebody else has noted a possible plot hole here: Plagg bursts in and announces that Cat Noir has been transformed by Mr Pigeon, obviously whilst still in civilian form. There was something I missed... At 12:13, Marinette refers to "recreating the moment you fell in love." At the end of the episode, that's exactly what happens - but for Marinette herself, rather than Kagami.
you could be on to something, but then again it could have been such a fitting accidental scene, and adrien's eyes did look at the umbrella before saying it, though marinette's reaction seems like she also thought adrien overheard her and kagami talking, deymm I swear, if thomas ends up using these "coincedences" as support that adrien already knew from the start, thats just cheap .

It's weird Marinette jumped right into involving Alya in guardian business despite Gang of Secrets ending with Marinette panicking like crazy. I don't know how much time is between those two episodes but I highly doubt it was enough time for Mari to calm down, Alya to ask all the questions she may have had, Mari to completely forget about the fact she broke up with Luka, and start obsessing over guardian stuff.

I loved how they used the parallel when Marinette and Adrien first meet after she mistakes Adrien for putting the gum on her seat. It was so well done. I noticed in the Origins episode, Adrien was holding the umbrella and was on the right. In this episode, Marinette is the one holding the umbrella and standing on the right side. In the Origins scene, Marinette started to like Adrien. In this scene, you can see that Adrien is starting to like Marinette. This episode showed that Adrien is starting to feel awkward around Marinette and stuttering just like how Marinette does she's around Adrien. Another parallel I noticed was when Marinette bumps into Adrien at the pool. It's very much like how they met when they first transformed into Ladybug and Cat Noir.
I don't know when Marinette added her number to Kagami's phone or vice versa but I'd like to assume they exchanged phone numbers at the end of Ikari Gozen back in season 3 🥺💕

Interesting note, Marinette's new power is actually foreshadowed by Mr. Bug. He wanted a mirror in that episode and the lucky charm gave him a coin shaped mirror. Since Marinette usually uses lucky charm when she is out of ideas, she never realized that she actually had some control over what she was creating. Her new power is simply her tapping into the full power of Ladybug to create something she wanted that was also permanent.
I expected her to see the bracelet but didn't expect the umbrella, both have importance of being kept Adrien usually out and about keeps a facade of perfection, its slipping with marinette Marionette plans are such 200 IQ moves its astounding Kagami giving in, feels Lukagami ship I guess Almost got that walk home, dang
10:30 Robyn, in French, the words for "embarrassing" and "kissing" are a lot the same ("Embrasser" means "kissing" and "Embarasser" mean "Embarrassing".)So they were just doing classic Marinette wordplay that happens when she stutters. The Spoonerisms she says when she's flustered usually reveal what she's really thinking about Adrien at that moment. That's why she said "kissing" instead of "embarrassing" at first! I'm from the US, but a fluent French-speaker since childhood.
Marinette meant well, and I think that's why Kagami was very patient, but yeah, glad she seemed to finally listen and get it at the end. Also, Adrien bumping his head felt very much like him getting his own Marinette moment.
At 10:25, you wondered if you'd missed an accidental kiss when Marinette mentioned it. What happened was an example of her tripping over her words. In French, the words for embarrass (embarrasser) and kiss (embrasser) are similar.
I also read somewhere that in the scene where Adrien and Mari fall in the water was like a parallel to when Chat Noir and Ladybug first met, where Lb fell on top of Chat

It makes sense why Marinette tried to push Kagami and Adrien together. A good friend would not intentionally crush on their friends significant other, so since she values Kagami’s friendship, she thinks it will get her over her crush. Or at least have a reason not to bring it up😂

for the kissing thing, it's because kissing ( Embrasser ) and embarrassing ( Embarasser ) sound similar in french so they wanted to make it sound like Marinette got confused between them since she's clumsy

Astruc has promised a season of "wham" episodes, and this one delivered: Ladybug's new suit, Rena's new powers, blatant Adrien fanservice, Kagami's endorsement of Adrienette... but the biggest one of all is that, as both the new Guardian and the holder of the Creation Miraculous, she can essentially create new superpowers for herself.
I really appreciate your play-by-play, especially your drawing connections to past episodes that might not be obvious otherwise. This show is incredibly complex for a "kids' show", and you do the best job of spotting all the little details of anyone I've seen.
I've got to disagree. While Ladybug being able to create things makes sense, it's super overpowered especially since Chat Noir now has even fewer powers than Ladybug. With Rena's powers, they seem logical. We never saw evidence that she couldn't talk to her illusions before and this ability doesn't make her overpowered. It works (meanwhile, if Ladybug got akumatized, Shadowmoth would be completely unstoppable but I'm almost 100% certain that the show won't address the possibility of Mari getting akumatized [mainly because she's had SEVERAL moments where she should have been akumatized and wasn't] so there's no reason to worry about it. However, the show's also not going to make her use her power in a smart way like, idk, creating some kind of telepathy gem and trying to get it into the Agreste manor or on Gabriel because remember when suspecting Gabriel was a thing? So Ladybug's just overpowered for what reason? She could easily stop Shadowmoth but the show's obviously not going to do that. I know this because Gabriel could have easily already brought Emilie back or stopped two teenagers but he hasn't). Kagami's endorsement of Adrienette made so little sense to me. Of all people, Kagami? How would she know anything about people being made for each other? It would have made sense for Alya to say that, or any of Mari's other friends but Kagami? Especially so recently after her and Adrien's break up? And even though the reason she broke up with Adrien had nothing to do with Mari, giving her no reason to suspect that they have crushes on each other in any capacity? It just doesn't make sense to me. It just feels like the show is trying to push Adrienette so hard without going through the necessary development for Adrien and Mari to make it naturally work that now, they're just having characters straight up say, "they're made for each other" in a ploy to get the audience to agree and ignore the fact that Adrien and Mari still have issues they need to overcome before they're ready for a relationship with one another. Problems that who could have aided in solving? Hmm, I don't know, maybe Kagami and Luka???? The show introduced them as red herrings but their personalities (although I think you could barely say Luka has a personality) matched up with a thing that Adrien and Mari needed to work on that it was pretty obvious that those two should have helped Adrien become more in tune with his emotions in terms of his desires and Mari become more confident. If someone could show me infallible proof that Marinette has changed her obsessiveness and possessiveness and her group of friends have stopped enabling her, and that Adrien has been given adequate screen time to learn how to get in tune with his emotions and how to express himself and his desires, I'd be done to get behind Adrienette but as it stands, the show doesn't seem to have developed them properly. Sorry for the rant.

I hope so so it will make more sense(but lady dragon was op as heck without magical powers) at this point Kagami strongly thinks that Adrien has a thing for Mari. You assume WAY too much here. Who's to say LB's new power doesn't have some kind of limiter on it that she'll discover later? Or that CN won't discover new abilities? Or that "the show's not going to make her use her power in a smart way" or that "Gabriel could have easily stopped two teenagers"? I wasn't aware you were on the writing staff.
Now as for Kagami's statement: it's true she hasn't been socialized that much, but everyone in Mari and Adrien's peer group has picked up on the vibe between them. Anyone could figure it out; it's not subtle. And it's possible to support this ship while still acknowledging they both have issues they need to resolve, within themselves and with each other. You don't have to be fully self-actualized to be in love or in a relationship.

Next, Alya literally said that Ladybug's only limits are the ones she sets for herself. Not, "It seems like," or, "I think." She *stated* plain and simple that Ladybug's creation powers are only limited by her. If she has some kind of minimal limitation, it'd come from her age, but other than that, she literally made a charm to protect someone not from akumas, but from negative emotions altogether. And it's obvious that Ladybug's likely not going to make her use her power in a smart way because, aside from the fact that the status quo is god and she refuses to use the other miraculous to aid her for whatever reason, the show's slated to have around 7 seasons and we're only on numero quatro, meaning Ladybug's not winning for a long time and even if she did beat Gabriel, we know from the time travel villain back in like, Season 2, that there's a second Hawkmoth in the future (even though I'm pretty sure that's supposed to be further in the future when LB and CN are adults meaning these 7 seasons would be spent with Gabriel and Marinette having immense power and failing at using it to win their battle).
As for Gabriel, YES, he could have easily stopped two teenagers or brought Emilie back simply by akumatizing someone and giving them the power to resurrect or the power to duplicate and restrain people. He's given people the craziest powers over 3 seasons and two specials _and_ he's an adult. What could possibly be limiting him other than what I presume is either idiocy or the writing team hoping no one notices how easily Gabe could have gotten Emilie back, no longer requiring LB or CN's miraculous.
With Kagami, not only has she not been socialized, like Adrien, how would she even know how people be made for each other looks? Her, presumably, first relationship ended in him lying and her being disappointed and after Lies, we never get any moment showing that Kagami didn't completely revert back to her mother's teachings after the little display of annoyance last episode. I also don't see what "vibe" you're talking about. I see an obsessed girl and a boy who needs therapy. I don't see two characters that should be together. I see two characters that _will_ be together regardless of whether or not they should. I see an awkward girl and an awkward boy. They don't need to be fully self-actualized but if you read the last few sentences of my comment, you'd see that Marinette just needs to be confident and not obsessive or possessive and Adrien needs to get in tune with his emotions and learn to express himself and his desires. Look back at Chat Blanc. Adrien pieces together that Marinette is Ladybug and asks her out because she's the one behind the mask he loves. Obviously, even without this episode, we know that the reveal has to happen after Adrienette becomes canon or else one or both is going to be loving the other not because they love Chat Noir or Marinette but because they love Adrien or Ladybug. What if Rose were Ladybug? Would Adrien piece together that Ladybug is her and try to confess to Rose? We don't know for sure but we can assume yes. Because Adrien loves Ladybug and has made it clear that, as Adrien, he wants to know who she is under the mask so he can date her _because_ she's Ladybug. He thought that trying to be with Marinette because she was Ladybug was fine because she didn't see a problem with dating Adrien. But if he made it clear he wanted to be with Marinette because she just happens to be a superhero, Marinette would probably feel hurt. Yes, she's Ladybug, but Adrien loves Ladybug, not Marinette. He could probably learn to love Marinette but the relationship would be built on an unfairness toward Marinette. That's something Adrien seriously needs to work on, not to mention the fact that he was flirting with Ladybug throughout the duration of his time with Kagami.
You can support the ship if you want but that doesn't change the fact that the show really doesn't seem to be putting in the work to make Adrienette feel earned. After all, if all the fans just want to see Adrienette become canon, what's the point in actually developing the characters in the ship? People will love and fawn over it anyway. Like I said in my first comment, Luka and Kagami could have easily helped Adrien and Marinette through some of their issues and got them on the right track of understanding they have issues and that they can get them solved. Marinette's little learned things at the end of every episode or so would actually continue to apply to future episodes and Adrien would get some therapy, learn that regardless of whether his father loves him or not, the way he treats Adrien isn't right, and maybe even get his own outlet for being Chat Noir. Marinette couldn't find consolation in an entire miracle box of kwami. Does the show really expect us to believe Adrien will be alright with just Plagg despite having been worse off than Marinette longer than her? The show sees what it wants and seems to take a hop, skip, and a jump over the important stuff and just flood the screen with Adrienette. I wouldn't be complaining if they just developed. Their. Characters. Into. Relationship-ready. People.
I get wanting to skip to the cute or dynamic parts in a story; that's something I still struggle with in stories I don't flesh out. However, it's less of a struggle once I take the time to flesh and plan out everything and make my stories coherent and as realistic as I'm aiming for them to be. This is a show about teenage superheroes. It should stand to reason that the teenage superheroes should act like teenagers, no? My stories are about anthropomorphic, human-like animals on a planet facing all kind of wars with bouts of peace. It should stand to reason that anthropomorphic, human-like animals in a war would act like people in a war, no? I hope, I _truly_ hope, that this show can turn this around. Not for me, I don't ship anything in this show aside from Rose and Juleka. I hope this can change for the Adrienette fans. You guys deserve to have a well-written love story, not some half-assed handful of cute moments and told not shown reasons why they should be together. It really isn't fair for you to be supporting this show _and_ the main ship and be getting a middle finger from Thomas Astruc in return when you could get so much better if the show didn't consistently throw away or ignore potential. But, if the show could get better in other places for the benefit of fantasy, writing, and redemption fans, that would be a nice plus. Again, though, if the show can somehow magically fix all this, I'm down to see what they have in store. Also, I didn't use paragraphs because I didn't think that comment was long enough to require it. This one on the other hand...

Honestly, that'd be the one ship that, development-wise, made any sense (obv it wouldn't be perfect but at least one isn't obsessed with the other and one sucks at expressing their desires).
@@mikaylakaylaa Marinette has memorized Adrien's schedule for *3. Years.* That's very, _very_ far from a little immature and that's not even touching on all the stuff she did in other seasons. And have you ever paid attention to Adrien's flip flopping emotions and crushes? First, it was LB. Then he was dating Kagami. Now he's potentially got a crush on Marinette but he still has a crush on Ladybug. The boy clearly sucks at understanding his emotions and how to express himself. He *requires* that development before he can get into a relationship with Mari (and that's not touching on what Mari needs to work on) or else, just like with Kagami, he's still going to be crushing on Ladybug and that's not fair to any girl, even if Mari _is_ Ladybug. Adrien doesn't know that and even if he did, Marinette would risk having Adrien want to be with her _because_ she's Ladybug because he likes her so much. That's what we saw in Chat Blanc. The show _needs_ to develop Mari and Adrien into people who _should_ and can be together instead of just telling the audience that they should be together.

Having seen Adrien transformed, and given that he's the only boy present at the pool, wouldn't Ladybug put those details together and deduce his identity? However, it could be equally possible (to her) that Cat Noir was outside when it happened, as Mr Ramier had already left the pool and been akumatised there. In any case, in the heat of the crisis, she isn't likely to pause for thought about it.

I was so shocked in Gang of secrets when Marinette tells Alya about her being ladybug and all and still like 3 episodes later still shocked!
It's weird Marinette jumped right into involving Alya in guardian business despite Gang of Secrets ending with Marinette panicking like crazy. I don't know how much time is between those two episodes but I highly doubt it was enough time for Mari to calm down, Alya to ask all the questions she may have had, Mari to completely forget about the fact she broke up with Luka, and start obsessing over guardian stuff.

I loved how they used the parallel when Marinette and Adrien first meet after she mistakes Adrien for putting the gum on her seat. It was so well done. I noticed in the Origins episode, Adrien was holding the umbrella and was on the right. In this episode, Marinette is the one holding the umbrella and standing on the right side. In the Origins scene, Marinette started to like Adrien. In this scene, you can see that Adrien is starting to like Marinette. This episode showed that Adrien is starting to feel awkward around Marinette and stuttering just like how Marinette does she's around Adrien. Another parallel I noticed was when Marinette bumps into Adrien at the pool. It's very much like how they met when they first transformed into Ladybug and Cat Noir.

Interesting note, Marinette's new power is actually foreshadowed by Mr. Bug. He wanted a mirror in that episode and the lucky charm gave him a coin shaped mirror. Since Marinette usually uses lucky charm when she is out of ideas, she never realized that she actually had some control over what she was creating. Her new power is simply her tapping into the full power of Ladybug to create something she wanted that was also permanent.

10:30 Robyn, in French, the words for "embarrassing" and "kissing" are a lot the same ("Embrasser" means "kissing" and "Embarasser" mean "Embarrassing".)So they were just doing classic Marinette wordplay that happens when she stutters. The Spoonerisms she says when she's flustered usually reveal what she's really thinking about Adrien at that moment. That's why she said "kissing" instead of "embarrassing" at first!

There is so many cutted small scenes like when marinette gave the buns to kagami's mother and her mother ate it but it didn't show. Also many other scenes but I'm glad that the main parts are shown.
yes i did mini cuts to parts that could be assumed or were of low importance. i did this so the filter i put over the episode (cus of copyright) wouldn't have to be as dark--- does that make sense? youtube can't pick up copyright as easily with cuts so the filter can be lighter
for the kissing thing, it's because kissing ( Embrasser ) and embarrassing ( Embarasser ) sound similar in french so they wanted to make it sound like Marinette got confused between them since she's clumsy

To answers the question in 22:14 seems like it, since now their both under the umbrella when it closes unlike in origins where only marinette was under it. In other words, one sided love in origins and feelings for eachother in this episode (not confirmed but a lot of people are thinking that's what it symbolizes)
