In this game Its basically the same thing. Not like any toon or champion can walk outside the aoe effect.

Thank you Ash, awesome video. And on the last bit about reviving champions, I use two Fharkin Fats and target those two followed by Zavia to either poison or kill and stop their ability to come back.

Team attributes - Main damage dealer (destroys bosses with max hp attacks), AOE nuker (helps get through waves), Crowd control, Support (heals and shields, keep team alive). Dual purpose champs are great, covers two or more categories (e.g. Someone with AOE stun may be an AOE nuker and crowd control).
As for turns: Debuffer should go first (most speed), CC second, Nuker and Support after.

Sometimes accuracy auras, resist auras or no auras make your runs go quicker due to your other champions' cooldowns. If you kill mobs too quick on wave 1 and unless u use renegade or kaymar, your big hitting abilities are going to be on cool down and you are going to slow down your run since you'll be getting attacked on second waves hence you'll be forced to watch animations. It's all about testing your team comp and different auras. In a lot of cases having no aura leads actually works out better than having one lol. To give an example, if I run lyssandra as lead in my fire knight comp my cold heart uses her heart seeker on a shield and if I run with no aura heart seeker comes out exactly when I need it and shaved off 30-40 seconds of my runs

Lots of info. As a new player its a bit overwhelming, but something that I can refer to as I progress.
What about Graybeard? It can Provokes on it A1, Freezes on A2 And had Counter attack and Shield on A3 and was a Defense Champion.

I get it its 2021 and updates are a constant now in most games. But this is a really good core info video for people who are just about to hit brutal and nightmare. A lot of twitch neglect the newbs and intermediate players. This game has them but not as dramatic. I finally got this game n I love ur video man keep it up. Im always wonder if im playing this game right. Lol. Like putting alot of silver in low lvl gear. But when thats basically all I have or all I can get I guess I'm ok.
seeker has also 30% def arena aura :D, and to it when he gets hit he also drops increase def when hit by crit and also gives atk increase for mountain king

Does equipment that does what the characters attack does give better chance for debuff ,like if their attack has a 50% chance to poison stack with the artifacts that does the same.
Armiger has Turn Meter manipulation on A1 and prevent revive on A2.. Solid on Ice Golem
Do set stats stack, e.g. 3 x 2 sets give you 3 x the benefit from the stats?
I currently have a problem with my arena team. The best (most well developed) champions are of different type: 2 attack (1 healer), 1 def and 1 hp based, so they're a mixed bunch. Apothecary is a must. Then I have Kael, Misc.Monster and Altain. I just pulled Martyr and couple other good champs. I was thinking about a more defense based team. Could I sub Kael with Martyr?
I know the order your champions go in is important but besides your lead champion in the aura spot, does where they line up in battle matter?
Litterally the most game changing champ 4 me everywhere except dragons is allure .. she legit can help underpowered teams get the job done . Putting trash mobs to sleep is cool but when you get to the boss they will never have a turn it is soo satisfying lol.
if a champion has a stun debuff on a ability with a stun set does that increase the debuff chance
Would the True Fear debuff alos be considered crowd control or no?
Forgot the #1 debuffer. Madame Serris. Has the debuff abilities Stag Knight & Tayrel, but also removes all enemy buffs on the same skill.
Is it a good idea to have 2 provokers on one team or no? Vogoth and C.Helm?
I'm loving your content, Ash. Your videos are improving and progressing for sure and are what i look forward to as far as Raid: Shadow Legends go. To provide some critique, the background music is too loud. Personally, I'd say it's not needed as it's distracting but can't speak for the rest of your listener base.

I would agree Daniel. I originally was partial to Stew, but I personally have been transitioning to HH and Ash as of late. The quality and level of value they provide us as a community is what I strive to do on my channel as well.

Hi Ash, love your videos ! I just need to be sure you says on Elhain she hit 2 times so with stun gear you have 2 times more chance to apply Stun but in the info’s game about gear they say “Multi-hit Skills have a single chance of applying debuffs to each target. If a Skill hits 3 times, you do not have 3 chances to apply the debuff. “ so who do I have to believe ?^^
I have had apothecary stun 3 different champs with his a1 a few times, if that counts
Fear and block cool down skills are also crowd control
Can you do a similar video but with more FTP focus? Based on your recommendation, I am making a Kael, Warmaiden, Aethel and Apothecary...I'm day 4...would that work? Also I think team explanation might help to be supplement with a relevant attributes discussion too (simultaneously I mean)
Elhain dmg, warmaden def down, rector drath healer/reviver. That's my 3 lvl 60 Champs. I have marked def up and corpse eater poison as lvl 50 which I think I should change. I recently pulled doom screech, soulbound boyer, armiger, galek. Should I replace marked with doomscreech and corpse eater with armiger or soulbound? This is like my first team of 5 I would take to 60. I also just reached the 30 day mark and got the high khatun but I have no epic books. I used them all on the healer. I have 15 rare books. I was thinking armiger and try to farm him more. Please help

Probably savage gear... and also cruel, if you don’t have good cruel then attack gear is quite viable
Mountain king is also good for a power hit against bosses if you don't have an enemy hp based attacker, just stack hp on him
My understanding is that all gear only has one chance to hit regardless of how many times the champion hits. So if it hits 4 times there is only one chance to stun not 4. Is this right Ash?
If gear effects are not based on champ accuracy, what are they based on?

Can you tell me what is the best artifacts for galek I've maxed him out artifacts included several times and I can't get more than 29k power I need advice also with ultimate galek, please and thank you.
They need a siren type champ with a passive that doesn't wake slept targets when damaged.

Man I need major help. I have really good champs and really good gear.. well grinded and well worked ... just dont have the right strategy and I dont seem to get anything right and it is getting to my very last nerve. Stewgaming recently tested her again, went all out on the gear. She got nerfed to the ground, and still isn't viable.

You said Elhain only has one AoE attack (A3). She has an AoE attack on her A2 as well - attack one enemy, then attack all enemies.

I added freeze gear on warpriest in bronze arena, and it made a huge difference. ASH, seeker or Apothecary:?

Stag knight and gorgorab took me from barely getting gold 1 to gold 4 as soon as i maxed them.
My main squad after ab 2 weeks playing is elhaim main with Kael. Apoth, and runic warden. Is this ok? I made it into brutal now and can do 1.2m on clan boss easy.
Yea for 2 weeks that's great..Apothecary is really good. Kael hits pretty hard. Try keep his attack and crit up..keep apothecary fast as possible
Farm up a Warmaiden from stage 8 (the Deadlands) shes the only rare in the game with an AoE decrease Def. A necessity for every free to play account.
Lockwerks stage 9* yea she is really viable for early game until you get Tayrel which is even better
Tayrel is very elusive for me... I pulled a Valkyrie and a Dutchess from the last x2 event, but cant find a Tayrel or Royal Guard. The RNG is a killer in Raid, not complaining though ;)

Did some quick math after deciding to take game seriously and come up with 1 five star every 5 days, 1 six star every 25 days investing food on toons I dont even want, just because of the low S tier champions, 5 months in no Apo or Cold Heart so agter factoring how much time i would need to get my cb team up. arena team and considering ill probably change them anyway ill have too hard pass, so sad cause game is enjoyable till you take it seriously
Is that for an entirely F2P player? I figure even then, you would use gems now and then to speed through the levelling process.
@@XBluDiamondX totally f2p the difficult part is jetting the champions you want and not wasting what you got in what you have witch is not possible plus the enormous amount of time, just a no go for me

For early to mid-game, I have found that Speed, healing, buffs and 1 or 2 Revive champions is what gets me through Brutal and some of Nightmare, and many Dungeons up to 14 or so. Speed and DEF buffs and AoE Healing is the most important. Then AoE debuffs and ATK Up buffs and incidental crowd controls (like on A1) are next in importance. I do not AoE crowd control yet because its really hard to find the champions that do it. Look how far I got without it? I think I got especially lucky with good supports and Black Knight legendary. Without great buffs and AoE healing, I would probably have to ATK UP and hope to win fast with AoE damage. Then Revive up as needed between waves.

The big difference is they have no advantage OR disadvantage against the other affinities. That tends to make them more versatile. The reason they are more expensive is Palarium wanted to create supply & demand otherwise known as $ in their pockets.
The correct pronunciation is "mau.so.leum" (mau- like Maw and Paw) not "moose.so.leum". A mausoleum is a crypt or building that stores a coffin. A moosesoleum is a building that stores a Bullwinkle.

if you did this with a free to play account at level 35 or so to show how you can improvise that would be awesome. Because these are archetypes for a team build but you still are using examples of the best options available to a player. Still a super helpful video but just a thought. I'm questioning if the stun works the way he thinks it does.
He's saying multi hit abilities proc multiple chances for the set bonus stun proc.
I know this game is based off summoners war, and in summoners war it doesn't work that way. Your stun has one chance to proc.
Can anyone confirm or deny which is the case in this game?
