Hey guys, Tom in Akron here, I mow the rough on the North Course of FCC. About to start my 5th season and it is amazing. I'm 66 and one of the 'young'' guys among the many old guys. 54 championship holes and really LOVE the Robert Trent Jones Sr. masterpiece North Course. I wanted to comment on a couple of things, first I've been striking my TM Nubbins for about six years. It's exactly like the one I saw you pick up recently, same Super Stroke and everything. Also, I love my bag, X20's (5-P) graphite, TM M4 senior shaft, Callaway 5-wood, Titelist 7 wood and 4 hybrid, CLE CBX, 52/58,, and last but not least my 'nubb'. L I saw where you picked up a Skillz putting track. For 30 years I had the kind that shoots back which I loved but it got sketchy and picked up the Skillz on Amazon 'reconditioned' for like 30 bucks. I figured what's to recondition and it was perfect. I had to adjust to using 3 balls and pull one over as the putted ball meanders back. But back it comes and don't have to worry about electrifying. I do think it's a little ;friendly. It sits in front of my kitchen sink and putt as I cook or as tea brews or basically about anytime. It never comes up, Just need hard floors. My robot cleanse the 'turf' as part of her routine. Go Bucks!

I bought a #1 iron, (driving iron) at a Goodwill last week, and tried it out on the driving range. I probably won't use it on the golf course, except maybe to experiment. I really only bought it because, as you know, they are not very common. I enjoy your videos.
John, the putt was good dude, it hit the stick with a pace that would have dropped. Imho Ash, if you could shorten your backswing it would promote a more consistent ball strike; it just seems to get a little loopy at the top and doesn't seem to add any swing speed to me. But what do I know lol.
I recently added a Callaway XR driver to my bag and I now get 30 to 40 more yards per drive. It has become a comfortable club for me. And yes it has one small dent but that seems to add to its charm.

That M4 was a pretty good deal. Pro-tip, you can heat up that back weight and unscrew it with a torx security wrench. I threw some cotton balls in it to bump up the headweight and it sounded way better!

I’ve had those same Apex CF16 clubs in my bag for several years now and they are NICE!! I couldn’t justify the upgrade price when they came out with the new Apex forged irons a year ago. Nice pickup!!

Bro have you ever considered collabing with other youtuber golfer channels like GM golf, the Bryan Bros, or Sheegolfs? You have a really nice swing and I think it would be interesting to see you play 18 with someone like the GM golf guys and see the results. Plus it would really help your channel grow. Gm guys are in Texas and the Bryan Bros are I believe in North Carolina. Both of the Bryan brothers are pros, with Wesley being on the tour.
Yeah M4 was when they came out with the twist face stuff. I wasn't too impressed with it. But my daughter has the M4 draw driver and loves it. And that was decent deal for the callaways and vokeys if in decent shape.

Great pickups! Those CF-16s are solid irons. I'm not sure that Callaway has really improved on them with the models that came after. M4 is good also. I had one, but I didn't like the twisty face. I went back to a 2017 M1.

I've never bought a new driver in my life. By the time the new ones come out last years used ones are cheap enough to snag. Thats a good haul!

We resell some but do not have a public store yet. Probably start a Mercari one before the end of the year

I almost went with those Apex when I bought my last set of Irons...Those are serious gamers! Also I have those SM7's in my bag, love those wedges.
