I think they are setting up Billie (Death), Lord of the Empty, and Jack as being an unholy trinity that teams up together to take down God, and of course they'll end up working with the Winchesters to do so. A majority of the season will likely be a 'Greatest Hits' type season where they have to handle or take down a bunch of previous threats from the past, while slowly unveiling a way for them to actually stop God. You realize with the Lord of the Empty getting involved, even any dead celestials can come back. He can wake up Gabriel (assuming he didn't 'fake' his death again to start with), and Lucifer, ect... Hell's Gates have been opened, so though all those threats are back, they can also have some good ones escape from Hell too (such as Sam and Dean's dad). So many cameo opportunities! Although I have a theory that at the end when they find a way to finally take down God, they'll need of course for a new person to take the role, and Jack will probably ascend to become the new 'God'. But what if at the very end of the finale it cuts back to Chuck, and there he is finishing the writing on his final book, and you realize all along that he was just giving the Winchesters the ending and closure that they deserve; playing the role of the ultimate villain, and since everyone thinks he's dead, Chuck can finally move on as well...
Aaron, you said that you were confused as to the 'welcome to the end' meaning. I think it might be because of the fact that the show is going into its final season.
Basically the finally proved that otherworld Michael was right. That God would create one universe after another and then abandon them as soon as he became bored. As the song says at the end 'god was never on your side.' We were his entertainment and that's all. And yes it was the empty and death probably setting jack up as the new God. Also the light disappearing and everything turning dark was God (the light) leaving the universe itself going somewhere else
At the first apparition of Chuck / God the episode was called "The Monster at the End of This Book" , The Awesome Alliance Death / Empty / Jack. And the final song is perfectly found "God was never on your side"
Hammurabi was a Babylonian king who wrote one of the earliest law codes. His laws were very just and equitable and enabled him to bring together warring city states in an empire.
The other name of the gun Hammurabi named for either the 6th king of Babylon or his laws known as the Code of Hammurabi that predates and may have inspired some of the laws of Moses.
Crowley won't return because Mark Shepard had a falling out with the producers about how they were using the character. He has said he's done and not returning, so a lot would have to change on that front. Unless Crowley returns in a different vessel, but I don't think anyone wants that. Unless it's David Tennant (plays demon Crowley in Good Omens). That would be funny
So many great songs were introduced to me during this show. Some of them became my favs, like Simple Man and this one, Gos was never on your side, I'm sure the visual played great role in it. I love the moment when Castiel pulls out his blade (unfortunately it was skipped here).
If you go back to first appearance of Chuck, he actually admits he is a cruel unfeeling deity that is manipulating the Winchesters the whole time..they just thought he was raving and exaggerating at the time.
Remember when they first met Chuck and the title of the show was monster at the end of the book so it foreshadowed this which is brilliant by the way I'm just glad they're getting back to it getting good but it sucks now that it's going off the air one more season makes me want to cry
i played a zombie. had a lot of fun that week. most of the end scene was shot hours before they went online and announced season 15 would be their last. we are filming the continuation of this next week.
It was the Empty that smiled and it seems that God doesn't have access to the Empty. That's prolly why Billie is there, cause she needs a place to talk to Jack about God. This finale is brilliant. It's the core theme of the show. The concept of Free Will is now something that TFW realize they never truly had because they were puppets or more entertainment for Chuck. But TFW have peeked behind the veil and now see him for what he is and thus they can more easily spot the lies. As writers, we lie to our audience to set up drama, conflict, and tension. That is what really makes a good story, and what develops the characters. So in a sense that is true. God as the ultimate writer in the SPN-universe was also the ultimate liar. I love that Dean and Cas were separated during the whole "Can't lie" episode because of reasons. ; ) I don't think that the ghosts of the past will be the main focus for next season though, but that will be resolved rather quickly. And yeah that;'s why Chuck doesn't like Billie. The old Death didn't care but Billie cares about balance and Dean, Cas and Sam are the ones that will bring balance to the Forc - World. Let's hope for a happy ending for Dean, Cas, Sam, and Jack. One imo where they are free and have broken the wheel of trauma that Chuck has inflicted on them, where they can truly use their free will, and one when if they want to hunt can do so, but that they also can relax and enjoy themselves. Kind of like how the monster world was in season 1. I personally also hope for Cas to finally do what he wants (besides Dean ;)) and chose to give up his Grace and become human, not because it's a means to save someone or as a self-sacrificial gesture but because what he wants is to be human.
I felt like you did. Best finale since season 5. It changes the whole series. For the song, god was never on their side. The woman in white, the cubian clown, bloody mary.... He showed his true colors. I love the show so much! And they finished it in the best, worthy way. 🙏🏼
That ghost girl at the end was the first episode. I really want the people that Sam and Dean have saved over the years to Team up and Save Them for a change. That would make a Great Final Season!
The Universe(multiverse) will only end if God or Amara dies. And if our Sam and Dean's world ends, there will still be millions upon millions of worlds. About Death, she would die if Chuck erased that world. The Empty? He just wants a damn sleep, so if the entire multiverse ends, good for him.
@@meep7219 Chuck would end the Universe, because he as admitted to the Multiverse he would just move on. The thing is that Billie likes being alive(kinda) and the Empty wants to sleep but if the Universe is gone he doesnt exist and thus cant sleep because he doesnt exist. Granted theres no Confirmation on how it will go but given the ending with jack its highly likely that this is kinda the direction they will go.
@@DarkLawYGO the empty is more like the primordial void under/beyond any creation. Its ruler sees "sleeping" as not existing/nothingness. When he wakes up he is existing and thats in direct contradiction to his nature so thats why hes so on edge/in pain when hes awake.
this season is the final season so please guys lets go big with Blindwave and whoever likes it and is caught up like Eric , lets make it a big season all of us together kind of like GOt!!!
If God or Amara dies, the universe will basically end, because they are concepts of the existence itself. Maybe Billie and the Shadow wants to kill God and turn Jack into the "new God" to keep the balance. It was stated that Death could kill God, and the Shadow is powerful enough to negate God's power over the Empty. They would be able to evenly match Amara and God, but I hope to see the archangels, John and everyone returning. There's also a theory about Castiel regaining his power by merging with sleeping Castiels inside the Empty (God said that He rebuilt Castiel, not exactly resurrected, so the dead Castiels would be sleeping inside the Empty).
Almost everyone says God is evil. But God isnt "evil". He's God. God has wrath. God has a "plan". He isnt good or evil. Also, the reason for Billy and Empty are with Jack is because Jack is half human(collected by death) and half angel(collected by the empty). They are fighting over him.
I remember watching this and feels a bit of Guilt xD because I'm a writer too and I'm always the one who plays with my characters an their Stories doing what I want and how I want. The difference is that here, the Writer added himself to the Story. I understand Chuck's point of view so I can't be angry with him as some people was when this first came out xD
Dean finally gets his answer lol he always asked in the early seasons where wss God why wasn't he doin anything now he knows like !Michael had said he don't care hes just watching all the chaos and drama and loving it lol
for those who don't get the hamurabi reference, he was a babylonian king from around the 1700 bc, who created the code of hamurabi, which, unlike an earlier law code which focused on repaying and compensating victims of wrong doings this code put more emphasis on PUNISHING the wrong doer, so it's basically just another way of calling it the equalizer, been funnier if he'd called the gun the avenger before calling it hamurabi, since that's what his code was all about
I'd say that they'll kill God with some combination of celestial beings currently in the empty from the archangels to they original death plus Billie and the empty and Jack would replace God so the sun doesn't die like it was a few seasons ago also there's a chance they may have to fight Amara as well considering they've reconciled
@@CarlosHuiskens I do agree but equally we have seen him on the verge of death before Amara manage to mortally wound him and it was said that she was defeated by God along with his Archangels and as you pointed out Death said he'd reap God so I honestly think it's going to be a matter of replacing God in the end and considering he was scared of Jack alone I think it's viable that he'll be the one to do it so the universe (multiverse) doesn't fall apart
I love the way you discussed the show, I was in shock when God turned out to be the baddie, I will start watching y'all from now on this is the first time I've watched all react but I love the show I've been watching it ever since it came out I've been obsessed, but thank you for y'all's great discussion about it afterwards y'all Rock
Chuck has been watching all this time but they can't see him lol. That's like what castiel did that one season when he was watching dean raking and watching Sam dean bobby and seen they were suspecting him of going darkside and mistakenly quotes them letting them know he's berm watching them the whole time lol
Expectations 2:53 vs. reality 7:18 . It’s the end of days, Revelations. Death did say that he could kill god, but god said his death is the end of everything; so we’ll see.

We the fans have had our ups and downs with the writers of the show over the years, but making God the last main villain of the final season was a genius imo! old death said "im as old as god. maybe older. none of us can remember". so im thinking the emptiness, jack, and billie is going to try to make jack the new god tbh. thats most likely where the show is going
billy and the empty are a secret rebellion. and now they are going to recruit jack. a rebellion against god. at least that's what i figured. they might even recruit naomi from the angels. who knows.
I really thought Jack was gonna kill himself. Cuz whatever happens to the person being shot happens to the person shooting. So that way the person shooting and the person being shot will be the same. 🤷🏽♀️ just what my theory was. Thought it would have been interesting.

As the song says at the end 'god was never on your side.' We were his entertainment and that's all. And yes it was the empty and death probably setting jack up as the new God. Also the light disappearing and everything turning dark was God (the light) leaving the universe itself going somewhere else
Oh, I didn't though about the Light desappearing because God left.
"My mom is my hero" got me...
Also the clown is a reference to the infamous serial killer, John Wayne Gacy.
This was one of my favourite seasons, with 11,8, 13, 4/5
Michael, Gabriel and Lucifer were right about God I hope that they figure out how to bring them back for the finale showdown
@@Midna78 wow! I hadn't heard that. This gives me hope
This 👏 finale 👏 tho 👏
So many great songs were introduced to me during this show. Some of them became my favs, like Simple Man and this one, Gos was never on your side, I'm sure the visual played great role in it. I love the moment when Castiel pulls out his blade (unfortunately it was skipped here).
If you go back to first appearance of Chuck, he actually admits he is a cruel unfeeling deity that is manipulating the Winchesters the whole time..they just thought he was raving and exaggerating at the time.
Also he appeared in "the monster at the end of the book"
LOL the Jim Carey moment 2:23 I lost my s**t xD that was amazing
Remember when they first met Chuck and the title of the show was monster at the end of the book so it foreshadowed this which is brilliant by the way I'm just glad they're getting back to it getting good but it sucks now that it's going off the air one more season makes me want to cry
I love this season and loved this reaction ❤️. Melanie is once again me. 7:42 The anger! You do NOT insult Dean's Sammy, God or no God. 😠
i played a zombie. had a lot of fun that week. most of the end scene was shot hours before they went online and announced season 15 would be their last. we are filming the continuation of this next week.
Great finale.
The first episode that Chuck is in was called: ''The monster at the end of this book''. I'm killing myself tonight
No shit einstein
Keep in mind, the episode that introduced Chuck/God was called "The Monster At The End Of This Book", so they may have planned this.
Live reactions? Yes please!!!
I love the song in the finale,it fits perfectly
I felt like you did. Best finale since season 5. It changes the whole series. For the song, god was never on their side. The woman in white, the cubian clown, bloody mary.... He showed his true colors. I love the show so much! And they finished it in the best, worthy way. 🙏🏼
That ghost girl at the end was the first episode. I really want the people that Sam and Dean have saved over the years to Team up and Save Them for a change. That would make a Great Final Season!
It'd be kinda cool to have another season come with everyone just teaming to fight the writer
"Is this hell rising"
What do you think a big hole pearing from the ground, souls coming out, god saying welcome to the END
"It's Chuck, oh that makes me so happy"....oops.
Calling it. Billie and Empty will bring Jack back. Neither of those cosmic forces want the Universe to end.
THe empty is the absence of a universe
@@logandelaharpe6362 its a void, but pretty sure its its own universe just like all the others but its the universe between universes
@@DarkLawYGO the empty is more like the primordial void under/beyond any creation. Its ruler sees "sleeping" as not existing/nothingness. When he wakes up he is existing and thats in direct contradiction to his nature so thats why hes so on edge/in pain when hes awake.
The monsters returning are the ones from the first episodes
New sab from Argentina guys, waiting for the start of final season.
this season is the final season so please guys lets go big with Blindwave and whoever likes it and is caught up like Eric , lets make it a big season all of us together kind of like GOt!!!
There's also a theory about Castiel regaining his power by merging with sleeping Castiels inside the Empty (God said that He rebuilt Castiel, not exactly resurrected, so the dead Castiels would be sleeping inside the Empty).
cas merging with the sleeping cas's could be a way to bring him back to his season 4 power.
I don't think that's why Billie was in the empty
ah, but according to the idiot himself(god) wrath is a sin(assuming you believe in 'sin') in this instance god IS being evil
The one is all squirrels because Morty screwed up.
You don't mess with the squirrels Morty!
Dean finally gets his answer lol he always asked in the early seasons where wss God why wasn't he doin anything now he knows like !Michael had said he don't care hes just watching all the chaos and drama and loving it lol
When chuck said this the end he meant the end of the world, that's why it turned dark. By the way it could be the devil doing that as well
for those who don't get the hamurabi reference, he was a babylonian king from around the 1700 bc, who created the code of hamurabi, which, unlike an earlier law code which focused on repaying and compensating victims of wrong doings this code put more emphasis on PUNISHING the wrong doer, so it's basically just another way of calling it the equalizer, been funnier if he'd called the gun the avenger before calling it hamurabi, since that's what his code was all about
best finale in a while!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Jack was casually snapped out of existence
@@kalebcassidy7981 pretty sure god planned that and wasnt really dying
I love the way you discussed the show, I was in shock when God turned out to be the baddie, I will start watching y'all from now on this is the first time I've watched all react but I love the show I've been watching it ever since it came out I've been obsessed, but thank you for y'all's great discussion about it afterwards y'all Rock
Chuck has been watching all this time but they can't see him lol. That's like what castiel did that one season when he was watching dean raking and watching Sam dean bobby and seen they were suspecting him of going darkside and mistakenly quotes them letting them know he's berm watching them the whole time lol
The last season is going to be a legit epic battle.. I'm sad because it's going to end. But I have to say.. I am hyped to see what they do..
Expectations 2:53 vs. reality 7:18 . It’s the end of days, Revelations. Death did say that he could kill god, but god said his death is the end of everything; so we’ll see.
the thing in the empty is called the entity it controls the empty
I appreciate the Liar Liar insert so much xD
Amara, the Winchesters, Cas, Death, Jack, Michael (who resigns in the cage) Vs God. Pissed off Michael saying to God you never got me out of the cage even when lucifer left the cage. Grrr!
the being from the empty isn't called the empty he is the SHADOW
Y'all the girl on the road is from the 1st episode
Hammurabi...eye for an eye.
We the fans have had our ups and downs with the writers of the show over the years, but making God the last main villain of the final season was a genius imo! And yes Aaron, the lady in white was from the very first episode, the clown is from episode 300, and Bloody Mary was from season 1. And I'm so happy you 2 are going to be watching the final season along with us!
the girl on the side of the road at the end was constance welsh aka the woman in white it was the first ghost they beat in the pilot please let me know what you think
Next season about to be the best season in a while
Season 1: Demons? That's something big.
Season 15: Let's kill God!
Can you guys react to Lucifer?
Are y'all casual fans or what?? Chuck is played by Rob Benedict. Supernatural was created by Erik Kripke. Damn. And who didn't know the 15th season is going to be the final season? ✌️
We try hard to avoid spoilers so we have a real reaction to what we are seeing instead of remembering things we read or saw in a trailer.
Also I think I correct myself about chuck if not I realized it after.
Thanks for the input.
I hope that the show brings back Adam for the last season. They've brought back just about everyone else. Bring back Adam!
Jake Abel is returning next season
@@vamu1640 YEEESSSS!!!!!!
old death said "im as old as god. maybe older. none of us can remember". so im thinking the emptiness, jack, and billie is going to try to make jack the new god tbh. thats most likely where the show is going
Excellent reaction.
A brilliant and surprising twist
billy and the empty are a secret rebellion. and now they are going to recruit jack. a rebellion against god. at least that's what i figured. they might even recruit naomi from the angels. who knows.
Be honest they couldnt have used a more fuckin awesome song for the ending of season 14. I love motorhead.
I really thought Jack was gonna kill himself. Cuz whatever happens to the person being shot happens to the person shooting. So that way the person shooting and the person being shot will be the same. 🤷🏽♀️ just what my theory was. Thought it would have been interesting.
Jack is half angel half human....half of him belongs in the empty, half doesn't. I wonder how that will affect his fate.
he burned off the half that didnt belong in the empty by killing AU-Micheal
It was the woman in white from season 1
I did not see Chuck returning. For this show being now in it's 15th season, the writing has been pretty strong since season 11 (minus season 12).
Bringing back monster from the first season and maybe the whole show
waw i didnt hrar the song all the times i watched this but it says god was never on your side :O niiice
I hope Jack becomes the new God.
Omg it’s a supernatural reaction mukbang 😍😍😍
Awesome ending awesome song lol
It'd actually make sense for Sam and Dean to die at the end of this season because if you really think about it...how can you kill god?
Yes!
Trump making a deal with Crowley is the funniest part lmaooo
Glad someone else caught that 😂😂😂
The empty said hes the only one with any pull around their not even G O D himself .but death was there
