Have to emphasize the point brought up for withdrawal fee charged by the bank - was in London and tried using my Revolut free withdrawal, only to realize the withdrawal fee charged by the banks was as high as 25 pounds or about $50sgd

Trust card additional 0.5% interest requirement of 5 transactions does not have to be from fairprice

The citi cashback card does not seem to complement well (travel related expenses done in SG/SGD) with the instarem+citi rewards combo? The citi cashback card seems to be geared towards dining+groceries. Is there a more suitable card (to cover exclusions) to complement the instarem+citi rewards combo?

Citi rewards travel category. So to complement, you can use UOB Lady's card with the travel category selected. Or the HSBC Revolution card would also work
