This is error code 46, this means that Fuel Injector is not getting sufficient current.... Which means battery is discharged.. this is fixed by charging the battery or replacing it.
bhai plz reply asap . urgent help required, error code 46 is showing while running but no missing or anything of that sort . ,error comes and goes time and again,, but no issue so far, asked my mechanic he said there was some dust in fuel tank he has cleaned it , so according to him the issue is because there might be some dust particles in the motor remaining,,so he is suggesting me to full the tank so the fuel assembly gets submerged in the oil, and then the error will go .. does the 46 error comes due to dist particles in the fuel injector motor ??? plz reply brthr
Bro mine is R15 v2. I had series of problems - first it wont start & all lights on the meter would go off, I changed the battery & it worked like a charm for few days. Then after few days, it started losing rev (With fixed throttle the rpm moved between 1k & 5k approx). So I immediately took it to the mechanic who cleaned the fuel tank, fuel injector & fuel pump. Got new petrol. Now the bike wont start. No warning lights. Just that during the self start warning light & thermostat light would glow together. If we push the bike (Run with the bike in 1st gear), it does start up after few tries but again wont go beyond approx 2k rpm. Pls advice.
Rajat Taheem the problem with ur bike may be in either rr unit or in stator coil, change the rr unit( 950rs approx) and check if the problem remains or u may need to change the charging(stator)coil located inside left side of engine casing!!
Thnx bro - so no issues with fuel pump right? I was able to start my bike with push... Now it would only do 1K RPM & if i start the head lights it wont even do 1K... So I assume RR unit is at fault.
mohammed suhel i think ur battery is the problem! Check the battery terminals, if ur bike is more than 2 years old then u might need to change the battery!
mohammed suhel first check ur battery condition, then change ur battery, i suggest u amaron battery it will cost u somewhere 1600-1800 not sure! Go chck with the amaron dealer
i have same problem in r15 v1. New battery is placed bt same problem occurs after 2 days especially when head light is on and horn is too weak.Then i charge the battery and it works until it has power and again same problem occurs. Race is also too low... what is the solution ????? plz help me fix the problem guys !!!!
