CCC2024 | THE PAELLA DUDE

This was from night 3 of the California Coast Classic bike tour. We had this epic dinner of Paella that night, and I got to chat with the chef/owner Gerard Nebesky.
Gerard has a pretty interesting story about how he got started, and I've got to say, we all agreed with the words he was saying, and talked about this dinner for a few days after. Epic stuff for sure.
