I had a Wagyu Yakiniku Course meal in Japan and the thing is, fist half of the course, you enjoy the meat but towards the end, it becomes too rich and too fatty. Sometimes, good grass fed beef is better coz it taste more natural beef.
Worth It concept makes it to Ghib's page.. lol

ジブおじ、土佐酢は四国の土佐(高知県)のお酢って意味じゃなくて、酢の物に使う三杯酢(お酢に調味料を合わせたモノ)をさらに出汁を入れてまろやかにした"合わせ調味料"やで〜。惜しい！
今調べたら、高知で有名な鰹を使ってるから土佐酢と言うらしいですね…！勉強になります！！

So sorry for that, Cath! I try to only introduce food I enjoy, but I noticed that in the end, everyone have different tastebuds. For instance, I love soy sauce-based ramen but many Singaporeans don't 😂
