Theoretically still possible to get a reincarnation of her. It wouldn't be Power but the closest thing. Denji drank her blood so part of her is still in him. If he finds the blood devil in hell and kills it it will reincarnate on earth. Then it can take over a human corpse. If the new fiend drinks Denji's blood it could gain Power's memories (and maybe even part of her personality) from it. @@WillyIsHere.

I hear Chainsaw Man's author drew inspiration from Walter Sobchak from The Big Lebowski when he made Power. I can definitely see that comparison. If Power is Walter, then that would make Denji the Dude. You know what they say, "The Dude abides."
