i touch the leaves. if they are a bit soft, i water. all of the hoyas i have will have firm leaves when watered properly. right now, that's 1x every 1-2 weeks. but i've noticed that if i go too long between watering, the tips of vines can dry and stop growing. this happens on two of my krohnianas and my krinkle 8.

You are growing them in very small pots therefor they dry out quicker. Less soil in pots so more frequent watering is needed.

Beautiful blooms! I agree with you about the light exposure. I consider outside sun direct light, but indoors in front of a sunny window is still bright indirect.
