Omg, I haven't finished the reading yet but the first message where you said my future self wants me to love myself now and make me know im worthy really gave me the chills. Pile 4: sounds about right. I'm still struggling with c-ptsd from an abusive relationship. I feel like I won't heal from it but hope I do. My anxiety has been so bad, but I just need to complete 6 more weeks-I’m almost done.
