I met Terry in Universal Studios a few years back, I was there with my family and he was with his. My son wanted an autograph so I came up to Terry and asked. He said he was there with his family and was sorry and hoped I understood. I said of course, he shook my hand and couldn't have been more gracious. Watching this now made even more sense. Terry you're awesome and as an up-and-coming actor thanks for teaching me another lesson!

Terry got into a bad attitude. But he remembered a saying: There is no way to happiness, happiness is the way. So he decided to then act as if he was paid $20 Million, being super enthusiastic and positive with everyone on set, and giving his all for just what he asked to do (a line here, a line there) on that film. Sly started to notice, and then re-wrote the script, adding the tunnel scene where Terry's character saves Stallone's character. Basically, Terry learned to be solution and not be the problem.

We just have to let go of our attachments, be brave, convince ourselves of an 'Alternative' outcome and be open as we move forwards. I think his version of manhood and humanity is incredibly powerful and one that we can reach. In life, the philosophy we believe in is incredibly important but living that philosophy and touching the lives of EVERYONE you meet is on another level.
