Great video! Tales of an introvert lol I hear ya man. For us, we don't go too hard on psychedelics as it can get overwhelming in a place like Shambs, we just do a mix of mushrooms, drinking, and smoking J's which we have found the perfect amount for festival. Start with 0.8g-1.2g of high energy/laugh trip type of mushrooms, drink at a responsible pace and at the 2.5- 3 hour mark I take another 1g to 1.5g, and so on. It extends the afterglow phase. At these amount mixed with drinks and blazing Js every hour it literally feels like the best and safest party mix ever. It puts us in such an amazing party mood and has us dancing like nothing else. We literally had like 20 people come up to us in Fractal to tell us how amazing our vibes and energy were which cemented in my mind how good this mix is. Cheers and hope you had a great time.
They have halted. I've been exploring breath work with hot and cold exposure for the past while. Shambhala is coming up, so I may jump back into it soon.
Thanks ! I don't want to reduce what you shared to this, but doing lsd on the day after your MDMA trip is not the best idea to have a fun and light experience, since it can increase your "down" feeling exponentially. Also it's important to tell to the (maybe unexperienced) viewers, that doing MDMA 2 times in a week end is not recommended, bc it takes a big toll on your brain chemistry. The safe option is to wait *at least* 1 month Harm reduction ftw ✨
Ah, too bad. I can’t take psychs myself due to my job, but I’ve wondered about them helping my wife. Just trying to find actual effective healing for her (trauma/complex PTSD), but also trying to be cautious not to create additional trauma with the ego being challenged so directly.
Sure, I’d be open to it. I don’t do psychedelics at this phase of my life (can’t anyway due to my job), but I’m interested in Adyashanti’s nondual teachings. I have questions about pitfalls of ego inflation/conflation.
All medicines provide a different experience. Some people find it more beneficial and are drawn to the more powerful experiences like 5meodmt. For others, mushrooms and lsd work just fine. To trust the medicine is to trust yourself. What each experience provides and where each individual is on their journey also plays a part. How willing they are to let go/how much truth is important to them. Plus we each bring our own unique baggage to the experience and different medicines are more effective than others breaking down certain patterns. A complicated question but ultimately I feel that yes, we each have our medicines we work best with and create preferences for.
I was at Shambhala 2022, it was my third time there; I saw 14 music sets in their entirety, and incomplete parts of 8 other sets; i was completely sober and celibate the whole time, i was there to enjoy the music and dance; it was the highlight of my year - i had a very very positive experience; for anyone listening, taking substances is a choice, and NOT EVERYONE was on substances - but to be accurate, most people were; to each their own, and i hope everyone enjoyed their festival as much as i did; i would like to remind anyone reading this, that sobriety is perfectly acceptable too; thank you for sharing your experience;
Do you ever have “God’s” voice speak to your egoic self in normal sobriety? I was recently reading something from Yogananda and he talks about speaking back and forth internally with God.
That’s wild. It’s hard not to be in a pursuit mindset about this. I’m under the impression that this is an ideal; to “commune” with God as some would put it.
Interesting that you Focus on symmetrical movements even on dancing. Is this the gateway to the other side? I know Martin Ball always said this ist most important. Rest in symmetrie Cool that your wife is also into 5 meo malt. Didnt know you can Trip together on malt. On 5 meo tripping together would make not so much sense because it doesnt make social
@@hans5221 A lot of preparation goes into an experience. Knowing as much as you can about what you are getting into is where it starts. Symmetry is not guaranteed as your gf found out. Fighting and kicking and screaming is the manifestation of someone not willing to face themselves. It really depends as there are unique situations but a general guideline, if you are only a trip sitter: make sure you have an open space with nothing sharp or glass sitting around and room to roll around. If the person isn't in physical danger, let them ride it out. It can be painful to watch someone you love scream for their life but what they need is a safe space to go through the experience. When working with strong medicines like 5meodmt, it is a great benefit that the sitter knows cpr incase they stop breathing. If they get up and are stumbling all over the place or wanting to run away, it may be necessary for their safety to restrain them in some manner. (As little as needed)
@@NondualTherapy Yeah in the end it worked fine. I thought she needed to express the energy so i let her standing up and do the movements. Forcing her down the whole time on the floor didnt felt right. Hope with more 5 meo trips it gets more under control
I love your videos so much
Good to see you back bro, glad you are ok and safe 😊
If you ever come to Australia I am happy to have you as a guest bro, anytime

I’ve never been at a music festival. I truly wanna experience it.
I highly recommend it. 👌
How are your 5 meo experimentations going on? Longtime not heard from you

Is there a forum somewhere related to this channel?
There was a discord. It died off pretty quick as I didn't promote it. Some individuals wanted to chat and that was the extent of it.

Is there an email address I can ask you a question through? I have a specific question about ego inflation I’m trying to sort out regarding someone.

I have had that. I called myself out for some bs line of thinking, and it snapped me out of a train of thought.
I've also called myself out for imitating the voice.

Yes. Symmetry is everything. Check out my 5meo videos. I've shared moving in symmetry many times. To be in symmetry is to be in balance.
