If someone invited me to listen to a Ukrainian Rockabilly band, my expectations would be very low. But when I heard these guys, I would be flabbergasted. Expecting the worst, I got the best !
I was singer back in 59 in a little rock group ,stand up Bass ,drums and one guitar.We used to do all this stuff back then Gene Vincent. Eddie Cochrane ,Buddy Holly. Our young 16 year old guitarist had all these licks off ( cliff Gallup ,Scotty moore ) . He is 80 now and world famous .I have been very lucky as have the photos from 1959 . His name is Albery Lee. Great stuff by the way . I will send him thos to see what he says.it will surely take him back to those innocent late 50s teen dances we sometimes played at
