Ahhhh, in the clip of chasing the running suspect, it reminded me of something I taught my rookies. When you backed out of the alley the very audible "afterburner" kicked in as the squad downshifted as you accelerated to River St. I impressed on my troops that if you are responding to a call at night and are trying to be stealthy with your approach, just remember how far away that "afterburner" can be heard as you approach. You might as well turn on the siren. HAHAHAHA
He gave up running when he heard the car coming 😁

In Israel you can call the police after 23:00 if your neighbors making noises from 23:00-7:00. What is the time in USA that you can call police because if noises. ? Thanks :-) haha.
