Citi: How to redeem ThankYou points for your credit card?

When your Citi credit card earns ThankYou points you may want to redeem them. First open citi.com in your browser. Then enter your username and password and click “Sign on”. On the main screen of your Citibank account scroll down. Find the section “Total thankyou points” and click on “View/Redeem” CitiBank will show the “Your rewards Details” page. Scroll down and you can see “Redeem Now” with all options. I click on “Gift Cards” On the Citibank website All gift cards are sorted in alphabetical order. I clicked on the “Happy birthday” gift card. On this page I select denomination, quantity and click “Add to Cart” Then click on “Go to Cart” In the cart you have to choose how soon you want the gift card to be delivered. I am OK to wait 1-3 weeks. Click “Place Order” Alternatively I can choose “Direct Deposit” so that Citi sends money to my checking account. In the direct deposit form I select the amount I want to redeem from Citi Rewards, and the account where I want to make the deposit. Click Continue Next I click “Redeem”
