The door itself is 203 cm (6'8") With the trim on top it is 210 cm (6' 10.5") As you can see at 0:28, Andre is clearly taller than the shelving unit, which if you follow the lines in the wallpaper, is clearly taller than the door+trim. Some of that height above the shelving unit is his hair. Even so, if you estimate the actual crown of his head, it is above the shelving unit too. Based on that, I am estimating his real height to be around 218-219cm or 7'2" 7'2.5". That doesn't even mention his total mass and width, which is actually mind boggling. He literally had to come through the opening sideways to fit through! The dude was an extremely big human to say the least.

In his prime, I believe he looked 7'0-7'1"(not counting shoes).
